They made an appointment for him the same day within the hour! I've never been able to get an appointment that quickly with my own dentist. They are true their claim that emergencies are seen the same day, even if you're not a regular patient. My dad ended up needing a root canal and he said Dr. Schmitt did a great job. He went back for a follow up in a week and Dr. Schmitt was very knowledgeable and able to answer all his questions. Highly recommended practice if you're in the market for a new dentist!

I call other dental practices and they make new patients wait months sometimes, regardless of pain or the situation. But I could tell from my daughters first appt that we have finally found a practice we can stay with. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them. It was important to me to find a practice that is family run and so I am very happy to find that with Drs Burau! I would recommend Drs Burau to anyone I know looking for a great dental experience. The receptionists, nurses, assistants and Dr Chinonis are all very friendly and skilled. I get great service every time and leave happy. They have all the most modern equipment. Here's my (dental) impressions: Receptionists: Friendly and competent. I am not looking to have a relationship with my dental receptionist like my bride does (she brought hers a wedding present). Folks here are engaging and professional. Assistant Hygeinist: Nice, professional, enagging, keeps things moving. Seems to handle the updates, prep, and basic things like x rays. Anyone who gets a good rating from me at 7am is doing something well. Hygeinist: 5 stars for her, I really like her approach, mannerism and style. Seems to live the creed of the business. Too many times in my life I have had hygienists rake my gums and scrape a little too enthusiastically while telling me I wouldn't be bleeding if I flossed more regularly. I always want to reply "or if you took your Prozac or addressed your anger issues", but that's not a wise course of action when someone has sharp tools in your mouth. Anyway, she's awesome, easy to talk with, focused on getting you to where you need to be and keeping you there. Dentist: Havent seen the dentist yet, but haven't needed to. Office: Convenient hours, close parking, clean. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is updating the internal decor and posters from time to time. No reason to have Santa pictures up in February or posters for specials in April and May that appear to be left up from the previous year. No big deal, but it does speak to professional image and attention to detail. E-mail and text mesasage remindersa re a convenient service as well.

Not only for good advice for everyone, but myself specifically because my wisdom teeth are sideways inside my jaw bone, which would need major surgery and a waste. But every 6 months, like clockwork, they tell me I need all 4 out ASAP! The new office manager sits on his phone at the front desk and appears to be uninterested in life period. The new female Dentist could care less about what's going on with someone's mouth. The place has gone down dramatically the past two years. I will be switching insurance my next open enrollment period so that I no longer have to deal with this company.

I've had severe dental issues in my mouth for over 5 years. Every place I went to wanted $4000 up front, and a total of $8000 to fix the problem. My insurance would only pay $1500. I'm on a fixed income and simply could not afford it. Thursday morning (08/31/2023) the bad things in my mouth blew up. The pain was unbearable. I called three different dentist offices and they NEVER asked about the problem or pain! It was all about my insurance, my debit card number, and my income. Finally, I called Dr. Leach's office. After explaining my pain, the only question I was asked was "How quickly can you get here!" 20 minutes later I was in the chair and getting worked on. Three abscessed teeth were removed. I was put on an antibiotic to treat the infection. I return on Thursday for the work to continue. Dr. Leach worked with me to arrange affordable payments for this service.
