I've been having terrible, painful, heavy periods every 2 or 3 weeks that my family doctor could no longer control. After seeing Dr. Hopkins, doing all the needed tests and scans for insurance purposes, we chose to go forward with a hysterectomy. Her bed side manner in the operating room was the only reason I didn't jump off the table. She found horrible endometriosis they had fused my intestinesto my uterus, fibroid cysts all over my uterus, and ovaries. Without her willingness to listen to me, I'd still be dealing with this decade long misery. I'm so thankful for her. Oh and her office staff have been nothing but amazing and friendly!!!

Would choose zero stars if possible. -Dr repeatedly forgot…read morewe are trying to get pregnant which was purpose of visits -Nurse was so harsh after first visit when calling to get info on codes to gauge out of pocket costs for myself she made me cry just by being rude -Staff did not call to go over results and call in medications I needed based on test I had done and abnormal results generated in my patient portal -Had to speak to Dr herself to have meds called in -Hours listed online and phone line don't match so reaching staff is difficult -Spent hundreds and several visits and called nurse to ask if a test level we just discussed running was appropriate and said I'd have to schedule another appointment to just get the info from. The previous appt - ran test with no explanation prior and I am stuck with a large bill and per above you can see I would have called to verify my charges had it been explained to me because I have been screwed over enough in the past
