Javier and crew were fantastic. Here early, got the permits way quicker than expected and finished in 2 days! They cleaned everything and put things back. Very impressive. Generator Supercenter was our choice along with Generac generators because I don't have to anything to maintain the equipment. They monitor everything remotely and know if there is an issue before I do , so they can fix it.. Highly recommend them to anyone looking. I started out with these folks because I was unhappy with my previous guy. I have found Generator Supercenter to be very responsive to my needs after I saw them working across the street. I'm here today because I just had them install a replacement generator for the one I've had out in the salt air for 14 years. Although their website says generators will be installed withing 60 days, mine was up on its platform (coastal flooding is a thing here) in only 4 days. Can't beat that! read more

Had an issue, they came and diagnosed the problem. Then had to come back to do the repair. Their techs are excellent. But be prepared to spend $250 for the diagnosis. And I spent another $400 for the repair. If you have a generator don't hesitate. Good people all the way around. read more

My generator installation was completed today. It could not have been a better experience. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Eli was the sales person. I interviewed two companies. After meeting Eli I was sold that he could be trusted and that he was going to take care of me. Katie in the back office was awesome and stayed on top of everything. The electrician who did the install was awesome. He had a big job to do given my setup circumstances and he stayed calm and finished in time for the inspector. Sorry I can't remember his name. The install was done by Corbin and he couldn't be a nicer guy. Explained everything to me and tested the system. Overall I would highly recommend this company and their team. Thanks!!! read more

I purchased a home house generator in December 2022. I gave them a deposit of 7,000 dollars and It is the middle of April and I have not had it installed. I was assured during purchasing that it would be no problem getting permits. The city of Leland NC required a flood permit, generator stand permit and a building permit. I have had to call them many times to see where we are at during this process and I feel like had I not bothered them the permits would still be lingering. I know the city is at fault here but if the company had explained how difficult it was going to be I would of declined the generator and just bought a gas powered generator. I have no idea at this time when I am getting the generator but I hope it is installed before hurricane season hits. I would not recommend this company just because the lack of follow through on their part to get things done. I think they could care less if I get the generator or not. read more
