He left a mess everywhere. We were cleaning up small pieces of copper and trash for days. Even after I pointed out the mess he was making, his response was "oh my trash box has a hole in it." Did he bother to clean it up? Nope. The job was simple - replace regular switches with smart switches. To say the job was over his head is an understatement. At one point I had to step in after he wasted hours of time (which I got billed for) and redirect him before he went crazy. And instead of calling for help and having a more experienced tech help, he just painfully attempted to deal with it. Once he lost it, the job went down hill from there. He replaced switches I didn't want replaced and the hole project turned into a pathetic mess. For example he put a switch in a spot that never had a switch to start with... I had to hire another electrician to come in and fix the issues they created.

They cut out and removed my old lawn, raked and leveled the yard, put down new topsoil, fertilized and then proceeded to lay 17 pallets of St Augustine sod. Then to complete the job, they rolled the entire job and removed all the little debris from the property. It made me tired just watching them.
