If I could give zero stars , I would. Ivan is hands down the worst sales-manager I have ever dealt with. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing my needs. Instead of listening, he constantly talked over me, making it clear that his only priority was hearing himself speak. I lasted 43 minutes listening to him go on and on about himself. At one point I said, "You're literally talking over me right now and not addressing the question that I just asked." The office manager looked very displeased with Ivan's smugness towards me. To make matters worse, his language was full of profanity--completely unacceptable in any professional setting. On top of that, he failed to provide any sort of written contract with a proper breakdown, which is not just lazy but downright shady. How does someone expect to earn trust with zero transparency? And if that wasn't bad enough, he even had the audacity to put down his fellow salesmen right in front of me. If this is how he talks about his own colleagues, I can only imagine how little he values his customers. It was unprofessional, unnecessary, and just another reason why this was a complete waste of my time. Ivan is exactly the kind of salesperson that makes people hate dealing with salesmen. If he values Google reviews so much, then here's some honest feedback: he should either change his approach or find a new career. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with him at all costs. I rarely post given life is busy. I'm posting because I had a terrible experience. The customer service I received was combative, inflexible, and pushy. I got told that "we have a business to run," when I sought a professional resolution after being overcharged for service. There was no spirit of compromise or understanding. They just yelled at me. It was comically bad, like the customer service you would receive from a bad airline. Life is too short to be treated like that. read more

Upon installation, the City of Plano Inspector had Generator Supercenter come out 3 different times because of errors they made. We then signed a contract for them to regularly service our contract, but they never did a thing. After one year I called to ask if they were ever going to come out. "Oh, we have a new computer, and we lost some of our contacts." That was last year in October, 2023. Here we are in January 2025 and again, I've never heard from them. My only regret was not ordering the generator sooner. Each Wednesday, the run test starts at noon, runs five minutes, and shuts down. Our geothermal WSHP never complains. Service techs are courteous and professional. I hasten to add that the unit has not had a single problem. The service techs examine the unit, check the oil, etc., and inform us when they finish. The gas company replaced my old gas meter with a higher-capacity unit. It's a great value if you, like me, want uninterrupted heating and air conditioning, regardless of the weather. read more

as of now they get one star! hopefully if they step up to the plate in the next week I'll post a follow up review. I put down an extremely expensive deposit thousands of dollars a year ago!!! The sales Manager denise told me that it would be at least a nine month wait! The good news is they brought the generator and install the electrical but the bad news is there was absolutely ZERO follow up or supervision in regards to the situation at my house and even worse I have a generator behind my home that isn't working because they dropped the ball on the "engineering quote side of the install at my home from the very beginning! they failed to test the gas pressure into my home, went ahead with the install leaving me halfway installed with no follow up or care! so a year later here I am sitting here with my property needing an extra gas line dug because we have a low gas pressure in our area and Armos unable to install a 2 pound meter for the generator which requires that to operate due to the fact that I don't have enough gas pressure into my home without digging an extra gas line! i'm dealing with some Gen Z so-called supervisor at this point only because I'm the one that had to reach out and complain and I'm not getting anywhere with that either I have received no phone calls no return text messages!!! The worst part of the situation is my actual plumber told me they put regulators on both my carriage house as well as my house which were not necessary because I don't have appropriate gas pressure into my house which unfortunately was affecting my $9000 brand new tankless hot water heater which they could've damaged! I paid my plumber $400 to remove the regulator on my house about which Generac is about to learn that they will be paying me back for! they still need to remove the one on my carriage house!!! needless to say there has been absolutely no one to care or watch over this install and the attention to detail and "engineering" from the very beginning has been just terrible! I am an incredibly unhappy customer and you can bet they will be hearing from my attorney if they don't her their tails in gear! as of now my plumbers can finish the install but you can bet I'll be sending Generac a bill!!!!! i've never been more unhappy with the company in my entire life! if someone from the corporate office is reading this YOU need to contact Jacob! read more

I ordered a generator on 20 July 2021 and made a $13K deposit. As of 3 August 2022 I still do not have a generator. This company does not understand the complexities of the City of Dallas permitting process. Furthermore, no one will return my phone calls. I highly recommend looking at other companies for backup generators. read more

We just installed a 24kW Generac through this showroom and had a very positive experience. Communications leading up to and through the installation was outstanding. All techs and diggers showed up on time, worked like crazy and cleaned up after themselves. They answered my never ending questions and responded very quickly at 8PM when we smelled gas in the backyard - tested all pipes and identified and tightened a flex hose fitting. 2 hours after activation we had 30 minute power outage and the generator came on as promised and powered the entire house. We highly recommend these folks - buy through CostCo and save a few bucks. read more

Please read this review.This company will try to over charge you if you don't know what to look for..In your paper work they will charge you 350 for a upgrade on the gas meter,well the gas company will upgrade you meter for free.They will also charge you more for extra wire..Please know with your package,you get 20 feet of wire with that package,for extra feet of wire they charge 25 dollar per foot..They only use 34 feet of wire but had on my paper work that I need an extra 40 feet of wire and tired to charge me an extra 1000 dollars..Please read your paper work..I know you are very excited to get you generator but that is how they play on you..To happy so you don't really pay attention to the paper work read more

The Generator Superstore of Rockwall, Texas installed a 22KW Generac System at our Melissa, Texas home last summer (2020). On 2/16/21 during a scheduled power outage by our electric company we experienced an electrical power surge that destroyed our furnace's transformer and zone circuit board, TIVO DVR, smoke alarms, doorbell transformer, power recliner transformer, cordless phones and blew out several light bulbs. We were without electric power and heat for several days during freezing weather. The manager of the Rockwall Superstore would not return our phone calls or texts for several weeks. We ended up hiring another company, Milestone Electric, to repair our furnace and extensive electrical damage to our home. It cost us many thousands of dollars $$$. We are very disappointed and unhappy with the installation, lack of information and unprofessional service provided by the Generator Superstore of Rockwall, Texas. Buyer Beware !!!! read more

I had a Generac Guardian 16kW whole house generator installed by Generator Supercenter three months ago and as expected everything went flawlessly. A professional job in all respects, including the in-home assessment conducted about two months prior. My system even got a real-world test during the first week it was installed thanks to three short power outages, and the generator performed as intended in all three incidents. read more
