I am new to yelp because I felt I had to share my experience. To "save"a little money I bargain shopped, PLEASE DO NOT BARGAIN SHOP ON YOUR FACE I had to learn this the hard way and now I have to wear my bargain deal publicly.
When she gives you "freebies" is anything free? I'm paying for it now.
I first went in for a consult for cheek fillers, She ask if I had considered Botox. I told her I couldn't afford both. So she writes out a figure about $100 less than another place in Champaign to have both procedures done. I would have paid $1300 for fillers alone. Sounds to good to be true..and turns out it was. Being a single mom I thought this was great.I can get a few area's relaxed as well as the fillers I wanted.
At first everything seemed fine, slowly my face began to take an odd shape. I went back to let her know my mouth looked weird. She became a completely different person. Not friendly and a lot more judgy. Making comments like "you fix one thing then notice something else wrong" and my favorite rude comment "your mouth was already like that" Seriously? I know my own smile! And to top it off she argued with me in front of someone else. I had to get argumentative right back with her and say "look right here, you don't see that? She took my picture but kept zooming into the other side of my mouth and said I can't remove your laugh lines...don't want you too but I do want you to correct the side you messed up. My mouth and face on my right side look deformed. My family ask what happened to my face, that is beyond embarrassing. Thank goodness I get to wear a mask in public BUT I cannot wear a mask 24/7 around my boyfriend, who also ask what was wrong with my face. I would have left my face alone had I knew this would be my outcome. I paid over $1300 and ruined my looks for the next 3-6 months. This is so disheartening.I don't want anyone to go through what I am dealing with.
Don't skimp on your face its not worth it in the long run. You want to feel more beautiful but I have never felt so ugly and sickened that I did this to myself and paid a lot of money for it. Nothings free in the end, I'm still paying for it.
I am so thankful I didn't take her up on her offer to do threading for a "discount" if she could put it on you tube. read more
