Fair price and quick service. Cut was a bit shorter than I hoped for, but it will grow back.

Dropped in for a haircut. They got me in right away and Stacy was great. Highly recommend.

I love this Dry Bar location and my stylist, Kiana! Parking is always easy, the shop is bright,…read morespotless, and welcoming and the movies are always on point. Most importantly, I adore Kiana. She is a gifted stylist with all hair, but she is an expert with curly, thick and textured hair. Keiana's blowouts will last 10-14 days (sometimes longer) if you wrap them up a night (iykyk). Keiana works wonders with my daughter's 4C hair, which makes mom and daughter happy. I bring products that I know work well with our hair and get great results! Two Thumbs up for Dry Bar Highland and Kiana!

Dishonest and bad business I was completely dissatisfied…read morewith DryBar Scherville, IN. The first time we went my 17-year-old daughter wanted a silk press for her hair. We went because they were offering a first timers discount. Her hair was pressed straight it looked nice and 2 hours later it was a big poof and her scalp was seriously dry with flakes. A few weeks later she wanted to try it again because she liked how it looked when it was straight and we needed something quick for an event. She went in and spoke to someone about it and came back to tell me they had a membership which would make it cheaper. I informed her I did not want her to get in a long contract with anyone because of her age and if the second time was like the first it would be a waste of money. She went in and informed them of my concerns and came back and asked me to call. (I was unable to walk because of a fractured hip otherwise would have gone in). I called and was told that she could cancel at any time there was no minimum time for the membership. She (again 17) signed up and the second time was a different stylist with the same results. A week later she tried to cancel and was told she had to keep the membership for 3 months. I was upset because that was not what I was told. She ended up paying for another 2 months. Because she paid, I wanted to make sure that she got what she paid for. Today she went for one of the credits they did her hair she came out and said they now said she had to use both credits because of the thickness of her hair. She had the same thickness the first 2 times but because they don't want to do right, they told her at checkout she had to use both credits. $90 to shampoo, blow-dry and straighten her hair, if we paid the regular price, it would not have been $90 it had never been more because of the thickness of her hair. Bad business. Then when I called to speak someone, it keeps going to voicemail, but she said there are receptionist in there they let the phone ring and go to voicemail then call you back. I don't like bad business. I am going to review them on every site I can because this is bad business and they are double charging her because she is no longer coming back but she has the credits. Bad business and dishonest for sure.

You only get one chance to make a first impression, and this salon knocked it out of the park. I…read moremade an appointment for a mani/pedi based on a recommendation from my sister who lives in the area and could not be more happy with the service or the genuinely nice people who work here. I arrived wearing a mask and was asked a series of health questions to ensure the safety of employees and clients. The girl asking the questions was both polite and professional. The salon is spotless. No dust or hair on the floor or the retail shelves. While waiting for my service I observed tons of cleaning going on with an emphasis on high-traffic touch points. The pedicure chair was comfortable and had a nice massage feature. Each pedicure chair was separated by a clear shield so you could still see everyone around you. All employees were wearing a mask, and more importantly, wearing them the correct way. I didn't see a nose or a mouth the entire time I was there, LOL!!! I was fortunate to have an appointment with Lindsay. In a nutshell, she's fabulous. Besides being very friendly and easy to chat with, her work is immaculate and precise. I've never had anyone pay such attention to detail when doing a pedicure. My nails were cut and filed gently. After applying the polish to each nail, Lindsay painstakingly used a brush soaked in acetone around each nail plate to ensure there was no bleedover of color. Calluses were smoothed over and I was given the choice of warm towels and a shorter foot massage or no towels and a longer foot massage. Who wouldn't choose the longer foot massage???? My manicure was just as good. All the filing is done by hand, which is a lost art these days and something you definitely don't get at an average nail place. Lindsay took her time and shaped my nails exactly how I asked and made them as short as I wanted them with no complaints, all the while making great conversation and making me feel at home and relaxed. This was my first post-covid manicure and my cuticles were a mess. Lindsay was gentle but determined to get them cleaned up correctly. After weeks of quarantine, my first salon visit was truly a treat. I walked in as a new customer and left being a new client. Thanks for a fabulous experience, Lindsay!

Service Quality - My highlights came out yellow/orange and uneven, without proper toning or blending. The stylist also did not provide the blowout that was part of the service, and I was sent home with wet hair. 2. Follow-Up Visit - I had to return the next day just to receive a toner, yet again I left with wet hair. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, despite the significant amount of money and time spent. A simple acknowledgment and correction would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, that never happened. Emily, Hair Stylist and Kelly management/owner.

We were the last group of the night and they took their time. Cons: could only work with two of us at a time because it's a small space and they didn't have enough salon chairs & people working for all of us even though it was scheduled in advance. Since they weren't working on all of us at once my friends were cold after having their hair washed and then having to sit and wait. When my friends towel accidentally fell off her head onto the floor, she asked if she could have a new one and the person didn't seem to understand why she was asking for a new towel. The floor was visibly dirty with other people's strands of hair since they hadn't swept before us. That was pretty unprofessional, though she did give her a clean new towel after at first suggesting she could use the same one.

The salon made me feel pretty when I walked in, then a beautiful girl welcomed me and showed me around to let me know all they have to offer. I was going out that night so I decided to give it a try. I got a great shampoo with a deep conditioner as well as I never curl my hair and since I was going out the girl suggested I might like the BEACH WAVE curl. I loved it! Got many complements that night and everyone asked me where I went! Way to go OOH LA LA in Orland Mall!
