If you get a lot of stuff often, it's worth it. On this trip alone, we saved $35 on what we got. And unlike the Restaurant Depot, they don't make you provide everything short of a DNA sample to get an account, and show proof of an incorporated business. I just wanted some freaking pots. Relax guys. Glad we drove past restaurant depot and came here instead. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They will walk your order out to your car, and load it up for you. And? Not a single complaint or eye roll or rudeness for asking them questions. Just a lovely friendly attitude and a genuine request to come visit them again.

We were not in the market for some of his industrial cooking equipment such as deep fryers, meat slicers, ovens and wood fire pizza gear and such, but my daughter who is obsessed with cooking BEGGED to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised to find some fun cooking gadgets, utensils and food prep equipment in the back...at a steal, too! We bought a 6 pack of plastic squeeze bottles for oils and icings cheaper than buying them one at a time any where else! We bought ladles in a few sizes...some small enough for pancake mix dropping and others for hot pots at home. A really nice variety! We bought heavy duty spatulas and large brushes for marinating. The goods were excellent quality you won't see at big box stores and I'm still so impressed with the prices! It's definitely worth checking them out if you're even the slightest bit into cooking. We felt like kids in a candy store. There's a few 30 minutes loading zones in the area and one directly out front. They do take cards, even for the smaller purchase and the cashier was also very welcoming and kind. A fun stop I can see making again! We love, and are having fun cooking with everything we bought!

I had no idea this store had so much cool shit. Well actually until they got their soap I had no idea it existed. I also got a very nice razor. Best part is you can return used blades and they recycle them for you. I really wish they'd open something like this in Germantown. Soap dish made out of used car parts was pretty cool.

There is an abundant supply of good buys, and hopefully this place will help you say goodbye to a lot of your unnecessary supplies. Philly's first completely sustainable store is just what we all need in the pandemic, when we're trying to reduce waste (remember when our streets were overflowing with trash?), trying to shop local (F Bezos), trying to keep our homes clean ( they have bulk naturally made cleaners for refills), eating takeout in parks ( skip the plastic cutlery and get a reusable straw and utensil set) trying to entertain our pandemic pups (they have cute pet toys), and trying to save the environment one reusable tote at a time. They also have bulk shampoos and conditioners for you to buy for those of you still showering during these uncertain times. This store feels so calming and clean, with it's perfectly organized shelves of mostly beige, tan, and silver items, all asking to be purchased and reused for eternity rather than ending up in a landfill. There's some art for sale on the walls and some great gift ideas for the sustainable friends and family (or those you wish were more so). The sales person refused to offer a small discount for its unkept, almost non-giftable appearance. He also did not even offer to gift wrap the many things I have purchased. When I asked for two boxes for the cups I bought, he said the boxes were only meant for clothing, even though I saw perfect sizes for the cups behind him. What kind of customer service is this? Just because the store items are cute, no curtesies are given to the customers? Ridiculous. I will not be shopping there anymore.
