The design focused on the finishes and fixtures that were within our budget, and we were promptly notified us the few times a particular item was no longer available and were provided with a good substitute. The demolition was down to the studs and the entire room was rebuilt from there. As promised, the work zone was kept clean, with trash removed nightly. The project came in on time and the finished job was perfect! I spent a great deal of my legal career as a commercial real estate lawyer and have been involved with a number of construction projects for clients, as well as my own. This was the most perfectly finished construction project I can recall. The work was done precisely (including loads of tile work). There were NO punch list items at all. We were told to use these guys through someone after searching for a contractor. They were very…read morenice and got the job done that we needed. we had them replace T111 and paint it the color of the house. This was in October. We had him and his grandfather come in to discuss other projects we wanted done with the house in March. He Told me multiple times he was getting us our estimate so we could present it to take out a loan. That never happened. I was told multiple times that his wife was sick or he was sick. In May, I sent him a picture of the t111 that he had put up and how it was warping really bad already. It wasn't even hot at this point. He told me he would get someone over there to get it fixed. That never happened. After messaging him multiple times I finally got him to answer me on July 3rd. He told me he was going to give me a call to schedule someone so it could be fixed. Again, this never happened. Currently it is now September with no answer from him. I am going to have to have someone else to fix it. I have to go after him for the additional cost. I have messaged him to forget about the estimate and just come and fix the siding but no answer. I run a business myself and would never treat my customers like this.

I was told by a number of friends to use another supplier; however, we went with our contractors referral. From the design to ordering cabinets and countertop, we had errors and delays due to their inexperience and incompetence.
