How often do you have the opportunity to board a small open hangar craft and feel the wind blow by you as you soar over the world beneath you?! Not often at all. Mike was our pilot. He must be one of the friendliest guys I've ever encountered in quite some time. He gave us some nifty leather caps and a mic set so we could talk and hear from each other throughout the flight. You can tell Mike really gets a kick out of the joy others experience through flying with him. What I appreciated the most about this experience was how the plane was constructed. The biplane allowed my girlfriend and I to experience the whole flight together. I hiiiighly recommend giving Skythrills a try. Treat yo self!!!!!!

During my intro flight Roy was so helpful and kind. He taught me a couple things that I didn't expect to be learning right away. What a cool Airport Day never been our family friend told us about it so my family and I decided to…read morego for a bit even though it was very hot out wanted to get out for a little bit and see something new. Always knew they had this but never been, so happy we went today. They have planes, helicopters, police cars and trucks, so many cool planes to check out. You can take photos in some of them which is really cool. It was sort of busy and hot so we didn't wait in the lines to do that but. They also have vendors giving out free things, they have an area in the back with the older planes they sell toys and things they also have a food truck. Baby girl got a free Outter pop so nice of them thank you so much, everyone was so friendly and had smiles even though it was hot. Great place to go for a bit bring kids your family and friends. Loved it would def go again, thank you so much for the wonderful experience and seeing all the beautiful planes and aircrafts. Loved it we had a great time. They also have a cafe inside which I still need to try one of these days :) I would recommend checking this place out if you haven't already it's fun for everyone and perfect place to take pictures. Helicopter was brand new and felt like a Cadillac. Our pilot was amazing and very knowledgeable historically about the place I love and have called home for 48yrs. After looking at his stellar reviews, I wanted Ben to take a look at my 87 Honda cafe racer for a radiator issue. Unfortunately, he said he didn't have time to help since he was busy with other projects and was 3-4 weeks out. Total bummer but I took that as a sign he does great work if that many people trust him with their bikes. I told Ben I came to his shop after reading the reviews about his honest, high quality work where he would take care of his clients and do work the right way. He proceeded to take time out his busy day to not only assess the situation of my bike, but topped off my radiator to hold me over - all at no charge. I found my mechanic and will continue to have Ben work on my bikes. If you're looking for a high quality, honest mechanic that takes care of his customer, you should come here first.

DO keep an eye out for pedestrians cutting across and through the parking lot. They are not paying attention to the cars or taillights. We went for a flight around the Los Angeles basin and further up north via the coast to Camarillo before we headed back to the Van Nuys Airport. Upon return, again, the front desk gal was very pleasant and asked how my first flight with them was. I appreciated the interaction. I had a good time flying and the kindness at Corsair Aviation was noticeable.
