He was personable, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I needed to leave my personal car off-site during the rental, and without hesitation, Brett volunteered to help me transition it. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Brett wasn't there when I dropped the car back off but the owner was and he provided the same level of service and kindness as Brett. This is a great local business that has a variety of services- Hertz rentals is only one of them. Highly recommend this location, and especially Brett, for anyone needing a stress-free rental experience....or if you have an auto, boat, etc service need. Epic service!

I should not have had to google how to replace a battery in a key fob, I should have never had to deal with "oh I cannot open your key fob", I do not have the right tools, who the heck does not have the right tools at an auto store to do the task. Make a customer google how to do it. He needs to be doing a job picking cow shit up, but then again, I do not even think he is worthy of that task. Do something about this employee

She failed to mention, however, that there would be a 1.50 tire fee for each tire and a 12 to 14-dollar service fee for each tire. Was told it would take 45 min to an hour; it took an hour and a half. Some associates could use some improvement on customer service skills (I work in retail). On the bright side, the manager was nice

We settled in for the day knowing they were busy and knowing we needed new tires for winter on one of the cars (for which we already had quotes from other tire shops). Inspection came back with our tires just under... Trice then walked us through options comparable to what we had quoted and said they could take care of it, the alignment and the inspection right then. They were professional, kind, accommodating and thorough... we asked for above and beyond, we packed our patience and the crew at VIP Claremont delivered.
