Who ever the parts manager is in Claremont, NH needs to be fired. He lacks positive customer service, he is a grouch, he made me google how to replace a battery in both of my cars, my Infinity and my Mercedes, he never smiled, and when I asked him for a battery for my key fob for my Mercedes, he said Oh I do not need to do that because both key fobs look alike. I should not have had to google how to replace a battery in a key fob, I should have never had to deal with "oh I cannot open your key fob", I do not have the right tools, who the heck does not have the right tools at an auto store to do the task. Make a customer google how to do it. He needs to be doing a job picking cow shit up, but then again, I do not even think he is worthy of that task. Do something about this employee read more
