He showed up 15 minutes before it was supposed to begin raining again. Spent more time getting a kioti tractor with tracks off his trailer than he did "working". (All he would have needed is a chainsaw, gloves, & a pickup.) It started to rain. He buried the tractor in the mud. Cursed, and left without doing any cleanup. After completing the landscaping, he declared that the lawn came back fine and no longer needed topsoil and reseeding. He did a terrible job with the landscaping and refused to deduct any money from the quoted price, even though he didn't do the topsoil and reseeding that he originally said he was going to do. I would never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone else. On the upside, he was a very nice young man and I believe that he thought he did a good job, but in reality, he has no landscaping skills whatsoever.

Management is lazy, tried to tell us we couldn't have more than 150 people (this is after all Covid restrictions were lifted this past summer). When we pushed them on this they allowed us 200 People max. Keep in mind their website says seating up to 350 people. Then they told us we needed to rent our own chairs for under the tent because their chairs would be set up for the outdoor ceremony (none of this was ever told To us before when we originally met and told them We had a number of 250-300 people). The day of our wedding we were told we could come anytime and take our pictures. We showed up at 430 for pictures, guests starting arriving at 530 but weren't allowed in until six or so. The contract says you have five hours and we ended our event at 930. Even if you count 530 as the start time (even though staff didn't do anything since guests were held in the parking lot) our event did not go 5 hours yet we were charged for overtime!! So did not get our security deposit back due to that nonsense. Also the venue wouldn't allow us to have a decorator and said they would do it all themselves.... Well when they realized they were not able to decorate the tent adequately they finally allowed a decorator. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone there either during the planning process we often sent 3 or 4 emails or texts before we got a response. It's a beautiful venue but not worth all the BS they put you through. Super hard to work with, lots of hidden costs and just not professional people. Would not recommend!!!

Mr. Boland was contacted regarding damage one of his trucks did to my vehicle. A call was made to…read morethe company as well as an email. He never responded to us at all. There was a witness who heard the truck hit my vehicle. The witness took photos and thought the driver was coming to the door to report the "hit" but all the driver did was let the landlord know the delivery was made. Once police made contact the driver immediately came to the landlord trying to resolve the matter. We got an estimate to repair the damage, however, the driver changed his mind when learned because there was not an eye witness the police could not charge him. I caution you on the credibility of this company. No one there stood up to the right thing so I am now out of pocket for damage they did. I really would not recommend them given their poor character.
