Wasted a week before seeking firewood elsewhere. He was at my house coming up with a plan within 20 minutes of the call. Gave me a quote and said he and his crew would be here first thing in the morning. They came at 6:30 am, got the equipment situated, and were DONE at 9:30 am. I could not believe the amount of equipment and people he had here. They were all incredibly professional, and polite. (Even took a quick break so my daughter could get on the school bus.) After the tree was gone the crew made sure everything was cleaned up and left my yard in better shape than before they arrived! If we ever need tree service again this will be the only call I make. Thanks again Dusty and crew, you are greatly appreciated!!!

We contacted him every couple months and he had every excuse in the book. Said he only took the check to give to his friends to do the work because they didn't have insurance and he did. Said his daughter was sick. Said he couldn't get any good workers and he guessed he'd have to come do the work himself. Promised to be here 'next weekend' many times and just never showed up or contacted back. He never came back. Left the yard a disaster, never fixed the neighbors stuff, never gave us a single penny back, either. Fall 2021 we contracted with him, and we still (summer 2023) have tree and a half, all the wood they took off the top of the pine laying around, and a crumpled fence. The owner is a lying THIEF!
