He got that back to me the next morning, and when we said we'd like to take one of them down, he gave us a day that was only four days away, right after Memorial Day weekend. They took the tree down while we were at work - we went to look at it, and they did an AMAZING job! Clean up was fantastic, there were no big divots in the ground where branches might have come down - it was a fantastic job! The company walked off without completing the job and left us with a big ugly stump, which was supposed to cut to level with the ground. Two other trees they were supposed to remove, they didn't and then said they would come back later for more than double the original quote.
