He got that back to me the next morning, and when we said we'd like to take one of them down, he gave us a day that was only four days away, right after Memorial Day weekend. They took the tree down while we were at work - we went to look at it, and they did an AMAZING job! Clean up was fantastic, there were no big divots in the ground where branches might have come down - it was a fantastic job! Left the yard a disaster, never fixed the neighbors stuff, never gave us a single penny back, either. Fall 2021 we contracted with him, and we still (summer 2023) have tree and a half, all the wood they took off the top of the pine laying around, and a crumpled fence. The owner is a lying THIEF!
