He contacted me before the end of the day - I wasn't home, so I talked him through where the trees were that we needed an estimate on. He got that back to me the next morning, and when we said we'd like to take one of them down, he gave us a day that was only four days away, right after Memorial Day weekend. They took the tree down while we were at work - we went to look at it, and they did an AMAZING job! Clean up was fantastic, there were no big divots in the ground where branches might have come down - it was a fantastic job! The company walked off without completing the job and left us with a big ugly stump, which was supposed to cut to level with the ground. Two other trees they were supposed to remove, they didn't and then said they would come back later for more than double the original quote. He was at my house coming up with a plan within 20 minutes of the call. Gave me a quote and said he and his crew would be here first thing in the morning. They came at 6:30 am, got the equipment situated, and were DONE at 9:30 am. I could not believe the amount of equipment and people he had here. They were all incredibly professional, and polite. (Even took a quick break so my daughter could get on the school bus.) After the tree was gone the crew made sure everything was cleaned up and left my yard in better shape than before they arrived!
