If this isn't cleaned up in a week, we'll be pursuing means to recoup our money, which should be partially refunded anyways since we've spent days cleaning up about 50% of it since it was killing our lawn. If you say you're going to do something, do it. UPDATE: We had to sue to try and recoup our money that he himself even said he was going to do if they didnt show up by a certain date. That day passed and no show, no call and no text. So we sue him and he ends up dodging getting served for a couple months and judge ends up throwing it out. STAY AWAY

Our project consisted of removing 20+ trees and grinding the trunks and roots down 8". Most of the…read moretrees were pine, dying, dangerously high, and a good number of them were very large. Several of our neighbors recommended Paul Mapes, aka The Tree Dr. Paul worked well with us, came out twice to inspect the trees and finalize 2 quotes - a wish list and minimum package, both were reasonable and better than the other companies we contacted. Due to the weather, the job took about two weeks, and throughout that time communication with Paul was great! We always knew when he was going to be here and what the plan was. The whole team was diligent and very careful to avoid causing damage to our home, fence, grass, and swings. As you can see from the pictures at the below link a good part of the yard was filled with large roots from many of the trees, they did an excellent job removing all those roots.
