I worked for this company in a managment capacity and honestly I can't in good conscience give this…read morecompany a solid 1 star review due to many issues that I personally saw. Upper management specifically in Denver Colorado are driving the company into the ground by firing employees, turning around and re-hiring them. Then management takes hours away from solid guards to give to the ones hired back that don't even show up. There was one instance where this head manager gave a shift to another guard and then had that same guard ultimately end up going there but paid him $26-$28 an hour to cover his own shift. The manager is costing the company so much money and they don't even see it. The manager will say this branch is way better than when he got there and everything is good as far as metrics go but it's all smoke and mirrors. Management clearly does't know what they are doing. This particular manager would yell at employees on the phone and belittle them to the point some recorded the conversations and wanted to not work specific sites associated with these irate conversations. Employees are feeling unappreciated because they work hard but when pay day comes around they are missing hours or aren't payed what they were told because upper management didn't input hours correctly and promised higher wages when they were not authorized to do so. I was personally told the job would be a certain way with specific perks. None of it was true and was told by the Manager essentially "Oh well, get over it". This same manager would discuss deeply personal things to anyone things that weren't appropriate at working quite uncomfortable. The manager is also doing a big NO NO by requiring a doctor's note in order to come back to work for a guard taking one sick day and pressing for information as to why they are sick. The manager would openly discuss about his investigation of money fraud from a particular VP to anyone in the room. Just overall a very toxic and hostile place to work and I am very sad that it wasn't better. I can't recommend this company at all.

I did not go onto the website because I figured whatever the site had to say is what the person over the phone would tell me anyways. The person I talked to was Steve, Im pretty sure. We were scheduling the appointment. He said he needed my card number to save my time slot for my appointment. THATS IT. NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID FROM HIM. I gave him the card number and he told me ok your all set. See you Saturday. The phone call ends. I receive a text message a few minutes later saying my card had been charged $100!! I'm so upset but at that point I thought I would still need the services. So Saturday rolls around and I don't need the services anymore. I call him and tell him. I ask him if I can have a refund for the $100. HE SAID NO. Like are you kidding?? He said it's on the website that they charge $100 on the site. I'm not utilizing your services anymore dude!! What are you charging me $100 for? To just keep in your pocket? He then has the AUDACITY to say "I came in here today for you" blah blah blah. Seriously? Come on! YOUR ALREADY OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS REGARDLESS. You should be going in there anyways. So I'm pissed. I tell him that he needs to tell people he will be charging they're cards. He then starts arguing with me!! Like literally yelling. All I say is ok I'm going through my bank then BYE. This company operates with no integrity. If I would've known they were to charge me $100 I would've given them a different card. It's also shady that he charges your card after you hang up. Not while your actually on the phone with them. This guy is petty and childish. He literally started yelling at me. Like come on man. People are most likely utilizing these services because they're in trouble, having a hard time, they could be depressed or whatever. Be more intelligent than that. Don't utilize this service go else where.
