I didn't get to taste the food or drinks but they did have a pretty wide diversity of options including the usual fair, pizza chicken fingers and more importantly alcohol for the adults but also lomo saltado and chicken and waffles. They also have private room upstairs for parties. The kids had a great time and it's pretty enclosed so not easy to lose track of your kid. Hundreds of balloons were floating and swirling through the air all around us. It was so immersive that you could actually lose sight of each other, even if you were only an arm's length away--in the best possible way! She didn't want to leave that room. My favorite was the room with the swings and glowing spheres of light. The lights slowly moved up and down while changing colors, creating the feeling of a sunrise, daylight, sunset, and then a misty night. It was beautiful, peaceful, and almost magical. My younger daughter absolutely loved the giant ball pit. She could have stayed there for hours just playing and laughing. We spent about two hours exploring the exhibition, taking photos, and enjoying every installation. We visited on a Tuesday morning, and it wasn't overcrowded, which made the experience even better. A few helpful tips after our visit: We visited on a weekday and booked the first entry at 11:00 AM. We were among the first visitors, which made a huge difference--we had plenty of space to enjoy each installation and take photos without the crowds. We spent about 1.5-2 hours exploring the entire exhibition, so paying for 3 hours of parking was perfect. Parking inside the museum property was $30, but we found street parking right outside the entrance for $10, which was a great option. According to the museum's rules, outside food and drinks aren't allowed, so it's best to leave them in the car. We weren't asked to open our bags during our visit, but it's still a good idea to follow their policy.

It's not a gimmick. When you scan a mural with your phone, the piece opens up into layers and motion. It's the artist's way of saying "there's more here than what you see." It works because it's restrained, not constantly pulling you into your screen. You're still in the neighborhood. You're just seeing deeper. The guide we had knew the economics of gentrification in Wynwood. Knew which artists have been here for years and which are new money. Knew the politics of murals, why some walls get painted and others get buffed, why some artists collaborate and some don't. That knowledge cost something to build. You're paying for it. We took three teenagers, ages 14-17. Not a group naturally inclined to stand still for street art. Walking it with the tour is $29 and worth doing if you want to understand why these walls matter to the city and why some artists chose to paint them. The difference is context. Context costs something, but you leave with more than photos. The sun hits different at 4 PM than at 11 AM, so timing matters if photography is part of your thing. The neighborhood gets foot traffic but it's not overwhelming. You're in a real place, not a theme park. That texture is part of why this works.
