The owner, Deb, knows nearly all of her customers by name and makes me feel so welcomed every time I walk in the door. Deb offers a great selection of second hand clothes for women from juniors to plus size. The clothes and shoes are used, but you would never know as she only stocks the best. There is such a variety of clothing, you WILL find what you are looking for (and several things you didn't know you wanted). The selection changes constantly, but is never overwhelming. It is just the perfect amount of options to explore. Now, lets talk price. From the $2 rack (yes, you read that right TWO dollars- which is kept well stocked and rotated, AND provides donations to a local animal fostering organization), $5-$10 jewelry, to the $12 shoes, a person can build an entire outfit with less than $20. My mother was verbally assaulted by an employee today. She went to the wrong parking lot when…read moretrying to donate, she was confused by the cones and signage so she thought she'd just park and walk over with the box. Before she even got the box out of the car an older white man, red faced, screamed at the top of his lungs "you can wait in line like everybody else". She got back in the car because she was so scared by him. She reparked and went inside to tell the manager because it was so upsetting. The mam followed her inside and stood next to her leaned forward and intimidating while she politely explained what happened to the manager. Then she left without donating. She came home shaking and crying. I'm furious that this happened and want the employee fired. He was a 65ish white male, blue shirt, blue shorts, working at the donations. This man is out of hand and needs to be addressed.
