The dresses were really nice depending on which section you looked at and the prices were reasonable. I was kinda glad that Gemini had an extensive collection since I was tired from walking around all day looking for my dress. I went to West Edmonton Mall, Southgate and eventually Londonderry. (They should've located Gemini at West Edmonton Mall that way I didn't have to travel so much....) I found the customer service really satisfying. I think it just depends on who is serving you? I had someone named Mercedes service me on one occasion and eventually Mariam took over since Mercedes had to leave. The customer service was really good as long as you know what your looking for. I had 45 minutes to try on the dresses after I had filled out a form and did some browsing. I finally bought myself a Sherri Hill dress. Gold with some glitter on it. I would definitely recommend this store for its dresses.

I really love their jeans and found a really cool black pair of skinny jeans with black shiny accents of leather on the back pockets. That being said, the sales associates are extremely friendly and will go to any lengths necessary to find the right size, even phoning other stores and getting it shipping to their location for your pick up at no extra cost. They have something for everyone in the store, granted you're willing to burn a hole in your bank account- I guess that's why the customer service is so good. They have all the high end brands from Hugo Boss to Gucci to Lacoste to Salvatore Ferragamo to Fred Perry and other higher end designer clothing. If you something that is not quite your size, then their in-house tailer is brought up right away and tailored to your exact measurements. I remember the original Harry Rosen when it was just one small unit. Now it has expanded to three store lengths and offers a wide variety of suits, dress shirts, ties, dress and casual shoes, and also casual (but still high end) clothing. The service sets the standard for high-end clothing in West Edmonton Mall.

The shop was beautiful and while the clothing was definitely out of my price range there were many gorgeous and affordable accessories ranging from handmade jewellery to bath products. There were even some super cute reusable bibs for wee ones (I'm a mom so I tend to gravitate to these things). Maggie Walt was super friendly and easy to talk to! She has a beautiful shop full of unique and one of a kind pieces of art - I would definitely refer to her clothing as works of art. The fabrics were amazing and come to find out, she travels the world in search of the perfect pieces. Maggie Walt is a wonderful addition to the Edmonton fashion landscape and I hope she enjoys a long and lucrative career here! There is casual to formal wear, but most of it leans more towards the formal end, with all the colors and materials she uses. Lots of taffeta and tulle for extra sheen and poof! She also sells originally designed jewelry, beautiful pieces with big stones in them. I liked the soft and exotic ambiance of the shop too. There was Indian music playing, and the dressing rooms are draped with these big silky orange curtains. It makes me feel like I'm shopping on vacation somewhere in South Asia! The staff are very courteous and helpful. While I was browsing, another customer came in explaining she had lost one of her earrings on vacation, and could they replace it for her. The saleslady on shift helped her look for another; although they weren't successful, she took the customer's contact down saying they'd call her when they do get another shipment in. It's obvious they care about and appreciate their customers here. Right now they're having their Birthday Sale, where everything is 30-50% until Sunday. A good thing to take advantage of!

I wish I could give 0 stars because it was the worst experience. We went to Tip top after and it was 100000000x better customer service and so much easier to arrange all groomsmen/groom to get the right size and colour for HALF of the price. SUCH a waste of money! The manager of the west end location was arrogant and dismissal of the issue where he would just blame the shipping department without helping at all with the refund process. Still waiting for our money back.... SIX MONTHS LATER. I phoned the 1-800 number I was directed to after it being so long and it wouldn't even go though to anyone. We will never be using them again. I recommend any other bridal parties look elsewhere for more competent workers who can order the correct sizes and colours within the adequate time frame.
