I sure hope the staff at the center to get the imaging done gives more grace than the rude lady who answers the phone for them.

I have had multiple positive experiences with this group and St. Luke's. I had a central line (IV…read moredirectly to the heart) placed by the physicians at Boise Radiology Group/St. Luke's and was treated very well, and told about every aspect all along the way. They took something that was a bit scary and put me at ease. My second and more recent experience involved imaging over at St. Luke's Meridian by Dr. Shochat. She was super helpful and walked me through the procedure prior to starting. She explained everything thoroughly and took the time to show me on the screen what she was looking at. It was like having a friend in the room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my imaging, the physicians are highly trained, personable, and you can tell they like being in Idaho and doing what they are doing.

They will not communicate with the hospital. You will have to do all the communicating and gathering and sending of information and they will send you to collections before you even know what your full bill will be . They don't care . They will intentionally make your life miserable .

Departments don't talk to departments. My doctor had to fax them multiple times my implant was safe for MRI, finally they cleared it but the appointment department doesn't see that the tech department cleared it. BUT no one calls back. NO one knows how to do their job. They answer the phone but tell you that they can TRY and help you but no one has. I have dozens of phone calls out to them and a quarter of them returned my calls but without help. March 15th the request was sent to them by my doctor and I still don't have an appointment. At this point, if you are reading this, I should just go to another facility.

They were excellent in every way. My dissatisfaction is with the owner of Imaging Center of Idaho who has not refunded my deposit made for the MRI that ended up not happening. The deposit was made July 30, and it's now Sept. 20 and I was told originally that it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I called again today and was given another ambiguous explanation. I'm not happy with the business practices of this facility. After going to another MRI for a successful test I was told that the practice of asking for a deposit is not standard. When and if I receive my deposit I will adjust my review.

I had not taken the time to find a chiropractor here.... my neck started getting really bad about 3 months ago tried buying several pillows getting massages which helped a little but only temporarily.... went to a couple of chiropractors around town they did not do physical manipulation which I found odd ... after an X-ray and mri showing a little osteoporosis but nothing significant and now dealing with vertigo daily I decided to take the advice of my massage therapist and try one more chiropractor.... so so glad that I did after 2 treatments I'm on the road back to my normal self .....can't say enough about them...
