My spine is a mess and I have had 6 total spine repairs - 2 of which were procedures to fuse 5 levels in my low back, and one was to fuse 2 levels in my neck. I currently have 6 herniated discs (apart from the fused levels) and moderate to severe foraminal stenosis in my neck. I have a *lot* of neck and back pain. I have had weekly massage therapy for a good 10 years and have years (accumulated) of physical therapy. I have been seeing Zoe for about 2 months now and I say with experienced perspective that she is absolutely exceptional in her knowledge and skills to provide pain relief. I also see what is the best physical therapist I have been to in Sparks, twice a week. Zoe and my PT do many of the same processes, each validating the other. Zoe has extensive (and impressive) knowledge of how the body's structures work together for function and health, and she knows what to do to mitigate pain and discomfort that result from use, misuse, and injury. I cannot imagine a better, more knowledgeable, or more relief producing massage therapist. If you seek relief from what you gave done to yourself, or what your activities have done to your physical comfort, or what age and/or wear and tear or injuries have negatively impacted you, Zoe is the real deal.

He is the first person I call when I have a flare up, and need to begin repairing myself. What I should really be doing is seeing Jay on a more regular basis for this, to help prevent the issue from occurring. I have no doubt his methodical and purposeful body work sessions would do just that. I also experienced a knee injury last winter and began seeing Jay for this as well. At the time I was going to physical therapists, doing regular strength building exercises, and receiving acupuncture... in search of any way to relieve the pain. Without a doubt the most immediate relief I experienced was after a session with Jay. In a world where I seem to continuously beat up my body, I am thankful I have Jay to provide deeply effective structural integration.
