I have called these people three times for three separate jobs, and each time they take all of the information and say they will call right back. They never, ever have. I have even talked to Frank (who someone said was the owner or manager). He takes all the information, and then I never hear from him again. The only reason I've called three times is it's listed under "electrician" in my directory at home and each time I forget they never do the work. I start with them and then, after calling and calling, I move on. This last time I had two very nice conversations with a guy who stayed late and then PROMISED someone would call me in the morning. No go. My garage lights, one month and several phone calls later, are still out. So, goodbye Gem Electric. I won't miss you or your friendly phone reps who promise they'll "send someone right out." Don't waste your time with these people. They don't care, they just pretend to. Obviously they don't need the money. Frank must be rolling in cash. Maybe he married well. Who knows? Who cares? I just want to be able to see in my garage. read more
