So she was working with dry nails and skin. She ended up cutting my skin and making me bleed. The service was very rushed and not relaxing at all. No foot massage at all. The hot stone part last about 30 seconds. The paraffin was done for less than one minute. I feel like I got ripped off. I don't recommend this place.

I made an appointment with Yessi for my full set, I wasn't sure of what I wanted but I showed her pictures and she immediately told me what she was thinking and we picked all the colors and she got to work. Her attention to detail was outstanding! I didn't even recognize my hands after she was done! These are by far my favorite set of nails! I then got a pedi with my sister, and niece. I had Sammy do mine and she also did an amazing job. I love the cleanliness of the whole salon, all the girls were very clean with all their equipment/supplies. Definitely will be back!

I came in wanting an OPI "Bubble Bunny" nail color, and even though they didn't have that exact polish, she worked with what they had and still gave me exactly the color and finish I wanted. I asked for short nails, not too pointy--more of a soft oval--and she nailed it perfectly. I left so happy with my set! This is actually my second time coming to her. The first time I got a pedicure with acrylic, and she didn't disappoint at all--that's why I came back to her for this beautiful, simple builder gel set. Highly recommend Arianna if you want someone who listens, understands your vision, and delivers every time

I've been hopping around different nail salons ever since my regular spot closed, and I have to say…read morethis place was definitely better than the last one I tried. While the other salon wasn't bad, I left feeling unsatisfied with their scrubbing. I'm a bit particular about getting a really good scrub to remove dead skin--it's such an important part of a pedicure for me--and when it's not done right, it just doesn't feel complete. Here, I had an older gentleman do my pedicure, and I really appreciated the time and care he put into it. He wasn't rushing to finish, which made the whole experience much more relaxing and thorough. It felt like he was genuinely focused, and that attention to detail really stood out.

Good but super expensive pedicure menu…read more I would have been ok with the price if the pedicure I got was above the average pedicure experience but it was extremely average. Pretty location but the front desk wasn't too friendly. Overall I don't think I would return due to the level of service for the cost and because the person who did my toe over buffed it so what happened was later that day I bumped my toe and it legit ripped the tip - so they were buffed too thin. This has never happened to me so I would be leery to return.

These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.
