This is the shortened version of the RACIST HATE, DISCRIMINATION, DEFAMATION, and FALSE ACCUSATIONS I experienced during my time with geico insurance. I hope whoever gets to read this helps play a part in making a positive change in society, and our communities, and stands against racial injustice, and hate. I am a God fearing father, and entrepreneur, who has NEVER been to prison. I'm human so I make mistakes but, I seriously take pride in making the right decisions in life. Choosing geico was not the right decision. My experience with geico insurance was terrible. I trusted geico with multiple autos. I no longer trust geico with anything. Unfortunately I had a vehicle stolen in Dec. of 2019. This was the first, and only time this had ever happened. I immediately let geico know what happened. Geico requested that I transfer the title, and offered me compensation for the stolen vehicle. After I transferred the title, their reps told me the investigation was pending. Geico prolonged the pending investigation for years. This was my first experience of 1 of my vehicles being stolen in my life so I didn't know what to expect. The only thing I could do at the time was trust God, the provider of my life, and geico, my insurance provider. God didn't fail but geico surely did. Thank God I'm here today to tell everyone about my experience with geico. When my vehicle was stolen, like many people, I was upset, disappointed, misplaced. I'm a private person so I didn't talk to many people about my stolen vehicle. I was told to wait while geico finished their investigation. I waited. I had nothing to hide so I reached out to geico continuously for updates, and to provide everything they needed to help the process. They continued to claim their investigation was pending for months. Then months became years until I found out they LIED ON MY NAME, and claimed I sold the same vehicle that was stolen to the thief who had my vehicle. I had never met, heard of, nor spoken with the thief that was found with my vehicle. How I found out what was going on was the craziest part of my experience with geico. As I was traveling back into the U.S.A., I was ARRESTED for the FALSE ACCUSSATION that I had committed INSURANCE FRAUD. Geico lied and said that I sold the vehicle that was stolen from me. I was taken to jail in the airport IN FRONT OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. I could only ask God why would this happen me, or anybody. As I write this today I reveal why. The entire time I was never told of the lies that were being told on me by geico, or the thief who stole my vehicle. I continuously followed up with geico, but they lied to me the entire time about the investigation. After I found out what was going on, I IMMEDIATELY began providing proof of the false accusations. For example, my airline account showed proof that I was not located where the thief claimed I sold him the stolen vehicle during the time frame he said I sold it to him. I TRAVEL ALOT so this was 1 of the ways I was able to expose the lies of the thief, and geico. I also showed other forms of proof of their false accusations. The same warrant I was arrested in the airport for is still open. I've gone to courthouses, and the main police station in the area, and have never been threatened to be arrested, however the warrant is still open. I am a God fearing father, and entrepreneur, who has NEVER been to prison. I'm not perfect, like everyone else, however, I always try to live a righteous life, and make good decisions in life. I would NEVER do anything as stupid, and idiotic as geico falsely claimed I did. I'm sure not all geico reps are evil, injust, and corrupt but, if I was able to experience an unjustness like this then it's probably happened before, and maybe God is using me so it doesn't continue to happen. The very worst, hands down! They spend all their money on commercials and don't have any money to pay claims. To quote a text I received from the Geico client in the collision that took place last week, "Things aren't going well. Geico plays the game. Anyone gets screwed... for now I have no way to work and no ways to get my kids to school." My experience was even worse. The other driver turned into a head on collision directly in front of me, and when his car was pushed back into my nearly stationary vehicle, Geigo decided it was my fault. Their reps change the facts to create a story that assists them. Every time I talked to them, they said the other driver reported traveling at a different speed. First saying he was traveling 35 miles an hour, and then claiming he was going 25, 20, 15, and finally 10. They decide in their sole discretion if they want to pay on the claim (and obviously they do not), regardless of the facts, which they make up to support their claim. They accepted the liability of thier driver and then refused to pay the claims to the other drivers, making everyone have to pay thier deductibles. I am very very unimpressed with the professionalism, logic, inability to return calls, and claim process administered by Janice Mitchell and Jared Levin at Geico. read more

I have been a long-standing customer with this insurance company for several years and up until now, I have maintained a pristine driving record. To my dismay, despite my impeccable history, they have recently decided to significantly increase my insurance rate. Upon inquiring, I came to learn that I am not the only one facing this issue. It seems they are indiscriminately raising rates for a large number of their customers. This feels not only unfair but also dismissive of the loyalty and safe driving habits of customers like myself. Additionally, the customer service has been abysmal. I expected them to be more accommodating or at least provide some explanation, but I was met with apathy. I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by how this company has evolved over time. I wholeheartedly advise exploring alternative insurance providers who might value and reward your loyalty and good driving habits. In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this company and encourage you to look elsewhere for your insurance needs. read more

i really can't give geico one star but guess i will think i have to to leave review. i have had 5 to 6 vehicles on geico for years at really a decent price but they creeped up each 6 months. i had a vehicle stolen they did not even respond to me calling them and informing about the police report. this car was financed and i owed 10.000$ on a 2019 ford fusion appraised at 21,000$. it took them over three months to settle the claim they even found the car all trashed out vin numbers ground off they took it back and after steady calling and complaining to this one person. They ruined my credit with finance company my credit went from 850 to 620 they were to pay for car rental they did not i have bills where i paid car rental company they are totally the sorriest insurance company out there they are fine unless u need them then they through u under the buss head first. you have read this i have no reason to lie do use ur own judgement. I called for insurance and I got Ms. America! She was awesome and took the time to explain the coverages that I was getting. I honestly saved a lot of money switching to Geico! I was scared to leave my insurance agent for over 15 years! But after comparing our coverages I was getting a lot more for a lot less! geico is the worst insurance company. when you cancel your policy they keep charging your credit charge after! in my case for 9 months!!! i have called 8 times to get it cancelled and my money refunded....9 months later they still have not sent the refund, even though they say they will. read more
