I felt a sense of ease speaking with Salma as we delved into my lifelong journey of suffering and the multiple practices that I have tried to combat the pain. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time.
