My husband has several health issues that I perceived as blockages so I wanted to pick a Reiki with good credentials, and a great personality would be a plus! Well, Tom is both and much more! I had so much fun talking to him that I didn't want to leave! So getting back to my husband, who doesn't know anything about chakras and energy fields, he climbs up on the table where Tom explains very clearly what to do. He begins, and within 10 minutes I could literally see my hubby melting (relaxing) into the table ! He is very thorough, and went back and addressed an area that needed a little extra work. He didn't stop until my husband felt clear and stable. So fast forward to the next day. Hubby's energy, that has always felt heavy and stagnant, is now light with less pain. I know this might sound crazy for anyone who hasn't experienced Reiki, but even the atmosphere at home is clear. We're going back for sure!

I came to them because they had a five-star rating back in the day, but they are quickly declining, because they simply don't care. My Therapist, I won't mention her here because she was awesome and kickass, left to seek better opportunities, and I don't want to include her here, the rating is for the company, not her. After she left she had advised me to contact Blue Star and tell them I am seeking a new therapist, which I did, they told me that I have to go back into the waiting list because that's how their system is, I said ok, it's been more than a month and I decided to call today to find out where I was in the mix, they said that after an update to their system, I needed to reapply with intake. I wasn't even on the waiting list like they told me before, and on top of that they didn't even contact me to inform me, they were just going to let me sit here and rot. no fucking care in the world. not one email, not one phone call, not even a text. please seek help elsewhere, although the therapists and psychologists that work here may, that is MAY care about their clients, the company as a whole does not. as a side note, my girls have been on the waiting list since last year, we finally decided to try one health Ohio, at falls family care and warren west family care, you will get better service with them than anywhere and they'll see you immediately even though it's just one guy John Kelly, it may be two weeks, but no waiting list. The girl told me to do tele-health I agreed to it then she informed me that it was not covered by my insurance and they were charging me $50 due to late canceling. I was cover by my insurance. They DO NOT care about the patients well being they only care about money regardless of what life may throw at you and how your health is mentaly or physicaly they only care about the money and not about you. I do not recommend going to this place
