Never have I been so mistreated. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They book you for…read moreunnecessary and repetitive appointments......I can only $u$pect why. There is a lot of confusion as to appointment locations....first you are told to be at one location and the next day they call you and tell you it's a different one. We delayed in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes past our appointment time. While waiting, another patient blew up at the receptionist regarding how long it was taking for him to get in to his appointment. It must be common practice to overbook patient slots. Dr. Nuendorf acts very caring in the initial appointment, but, if you need to reach him for any problem or to book appointments with him so you can speak to him, it's virtually impossible. You are only allowed to see the physicians assistants and can only talk to the nurse who is VERY unprofessional. This is a pain clinic.....patients are in pain. Dealing with this office only makes the pain worse.

Had to find a new dentist since my old dentist retired and i could not have made a better…read morechoice.The staff was professional and courteous .they took me in at my scheduled time with no waiting which showed me they valued my time as i do.Had a teeth cleaning and x rays by dental hygienist who did a excellent job and explained what the steps were followed by Dr.Jones who is very person oriented and examined my teeth and xrays and informed me of his findings.I would highly recommend Gentle Family Dentist and Dr.Jones and his staff to anyone seeking great care
