This was my first concern. When I finally went to see the provider who's not a doctor or nurse, he was professional and courteous. When I ask about pricing, he told me I need to speak with the receptionist. As the provider that's doing the service he should be aware of what the prices are. What I really dislike about any spa service is when they draw the product and another room You really don't know what you're getting. They don't show you the units that you're getting they don't show you anything that they're doing. For that I give them a zero. I purchased a service on Black Friday and had never been contacted to schedule until another promotion came up on Facebook. I've been to This business, spoke with him on the phone which is very difficult to reach.
