It's difficult to write a review for an experience that's almost impossible to explain. It felt like a therapy session on steriods, and I feel like I'm still discovering the benefits I got during the session. Because I'd never done hypnotherapy before, I was nervous and very skeptical. I expressed that skepticism to Salma, and she engaged in a dialogue with me to help remove my doubts. She helped reframe my resistance into acceptance, and I'm confident that it made me more open to growth. During the session, she walked me through some very strong emotions relating to my past. The funny thing is, I've talked about a lot of the same stuff with other therapists. However, those sessions felt like more of a psychological exercise. With this experience, I could feel all the emotions deeply in the moment. It felt like I was able to experience and process those stored emotions, and finally let them go. Overall, the power of the experience was hard to understand. I can't really say what exactly it changed in my life. However, since the session, things have felt a lot less serious and stressful. I had the RTT session done. This is definitely worth what I paid for it. Salma included recordings to listen to in preparation for the day of the session. She has a calming voice and made me feel safe and in control during the session. I remember everything and I was aware of everything during the session. Salma comes across as caring and sensitive she is intelligent and is very good at what she does. She spent over 3 hours with me where she did some difficult work on my past and my childhood. I was able to see the connection between certain issues and why I was hanging onto them. I felt I was further ahead than years of therapy. After the session, I was sent another recording to follow up with the hypnosis. I am listening to it nightly, as recommended. Ok Let me first say, I had no idea what to expect from this experience. I knew things in my past were interfering with me being able to lead my team in business as well as being the happy go lucky person I use to be. In my first session, I was able to relax and go inward to be able to discover and release. After 1 session I already started to see the positive change in myself and had an extra pep in my step. Salma helped me take a step back on my professional situation and on a decision i have to make. She made me visualize each situation and feel in my body how it was. It made me realize that one of the scenarios was really heavy and draining for my body which I didn't feel before just imagining it on my own.
