I felt a sense of ease speaking with Salma as we delved into my lifelong journey of suffering and the multiple practices that I have tried to combat the pain. Salma's calm and balanced energy was palpable through the phone and it was a very pleasant experience which left me feeling energized all day. Like speaking with someone you've known a long time. I had a lot of questions about the process and some personal concerns and she took the time to explain and walk me through what to expect. With all forms of western medicine failing me, and some eastern practices that have given me tremendous value, I look forward to confronting the issue from within by diving into my inner self. As with a lot of chronic disorders there are root causes that never go away unless addressed. The discovery call was a bonding experience that gave me trust and confidence, and I feel I have a practioner capable of leading me there with compassion and kindness. I look forward to the next step!

Hi, it's me. The "idiot" who parked in front of your store while going to a wellness appt. at a…read morenearby business on a freezing, snowy afternoon. I would first like to say that your parking lot was very unkept, so seeing lines to guide where parking spaces were wasn't an option for me. Crooked? It was probably the giant snow drift making my car appear that way. Private parking? Again, no sign I could see in front of that spot. But the point I would like to make is I was a potential customer. I was looking forward to checking out your store as a local business for some of the supplements that I take on a regular basis on my way out. However, you were closed for the evening, and I was left this nasty little note taped to the window of my vehicle. I'm sorry that my car parked in an otherwise empty parking lot made you so mad. May I suggest cracking open a bottle of ashwagandha and maybe go for a massage. Clearly you have some anger issues. PS This was my first time there, and I thought the parking was for the whole strip.

Hannah created a simple, effective workout plan for me to do 4 times a week, along with a meal plan tailored to support my goals. Hannah truly changed my life. Before I met her, I didn't have a consistent relationship with…read moreexercise--I didn't even know where to start. She introduced me to Lagree, and more than that, she introduced me to a version of myself I hadn't felt in a long time: strong, capable, healthy, and empowered. She helped me lose all my postpartum weight, yes--but the real transformation was in how I feel in my body. For the first time, movement feels like something I do out of love, not punishment. She made me realize that looking good is just a side effect of taking care of yourself the right way. Hannah has held me accountable in the most grounded, nurturing way. She's fully invested in my health, and it shows in every single session. Even now, when I could probably do the moves on my own, I choose to keep training with her because she reads exactly what my mind and body need--and she shows up with so much presence, care, and intention. She's not just a trainer--she's been a guide back to myself. I'll carry this strength (physically and mentally) with me for life, and I owe so much of it to her.

They were each helpful in teaching me exercises to strengthen my core. What I was so grateful about the experience is I was told not only what to do, but why. Also how I should be breathing while doing the exercises. I was also taught what to avoid. I have played racquetball for over 50 years and thought I would need to give it up. Amanda encouraged me to not give it up and I am playing again. Yes being more careful but still in the game. I did not want to live my life on the sidelines and I have learned so much. Yes things are different, but I'm still living an active life. While all the therapists have been helpful and caring, Mary is the best. She has made a huge difference for me. Thank you Mary. I appreciate you and your team so very much. Wishing you all the very best!!

She talked so fast while giving me a handful of prescriptions for things that I wasn't even there to see her about. She was mean to her medical student and embarrassed her in front of me and my family. I told her I was there to discuss menopause, which is supposed to be her specialty, but she dismissed that very quickly and told me to change my diet and go to a yoga class. She was pushing for me to get a tetanus shot so hard I started to wonder if she is getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company that makes them. I felt disrespected, ignored and belittled by her. When the very nice woman at the front desk asked when I wanted to make my next appointment, I politely told her it would be a cold day in hell before I would ever go anywhere near that awful woman again.
