An instrument with crystals helps to remove blemishes and fine lines. It removes the old cells of the skin to give a fresh look. Karlee used a cleanser, toner and moisturizers, so many I don't remember. My face felt great, and I needed it done. Aveda products she used are for sale. Then I returned for a brow tint. Karlee chose my hair color. She plucked, waxed, shaped and colored my brows using an Aveda pencil that contains wax. Therefore it is waterproof, and last four to six weeks. I really liked the results. I purchased the pencil for $24. Prices for all salon and spa services are online. Receiving a gift card was wonderful.

Because of such limited appointment time, I was not able to get in with her this summer of 2024. In November 2024 I scheduled nine appointments to carry me through spring, summer and fall of 2025. I worked with Danita to schedule me. In the spring, for some reason, every one of my appointments had been canceled and replaced by other customers in my timeslots. I am told that nobody knows what happened. I talked with one of the co-owners several times. In the end, nothing was done. I felt they should have given me my appointments back with the person I made the appointments for. They offered me other dates, times and service providers. The co-owner, in a very friendly manner, told me I was always welcome there. I will not be going back.

My current stylist I have been going to is about an hour and half drive, so I was trying to find someone new and after this experience, I am making that 1.5 hour drive. Don't get me wrong, if you have normal hair, this place I am sure would be a great option for you, my personal experience there left me bummed. I told the stylist my hair needed to be thinned out and she didn't do it. She said it would be fine. She did a small trim and it made my hair lay heavy on my head. I tried helping the stylist understand what my hair needed but she didn't understand it. It is a clean location, small, but clean. I will not be returning though because I feel like they know the basics and cannot make adjustments when someone comes in with different hair then what they are used to.

I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure. We had scalding hot water which my friend really enjoyed. The massage chair was nice - there were different settings and it beat my back up pretty good. The actual nail cutting was standard. Didn't seem like anything special. I really loved the foot and calf massage. She used a mixture that included some crystals that felt really nice as she rubbed legs and feet. The mixture smelled of oranges and was amazing too. Using that mixture is smart because the pressure of the massage probably wouldn't even matter - it would feel great no matter what. Each leg got a rub down with that mixture, then a subsequent rub down with lotion equal in length. Both massages included good quick pressure up and down the calves and shins in different areas, similar pressure along the top and bottom of the feet, good focused pressure on the middle bottom of the foot, snapping of the toes, and some pressure around the backs of the feet. All of it was excellent. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back. I thought $30 for 45 min to an hour's worth of work was a very fair price!

I dropped from a 5 to 3 star--the place itself is very nice and clean and the actual mani pedi was great but my manicure didn't hold up at all. I didn't work this past week or do anything to damage them so I really just don't understand.
