The Office Manager, Jamie, is eager to help and always has the best smile and approach with patients. My main therapist was "Dan the Man," as his coworkers lovingly refer to him. Dan is skilled, interested in positive outcomes, fun, funny and left no doubt in my mind of his high standards to treat his patients. I also had a few sessions with Tom and Sean. Both top notch. After completing my 12 week program, I feel so much better. Look out though....these skilled practictioners mean business along with the most tender hearts who really care about their patients. On my last day, I cried when I was leaving the office. They showed such interest in me that it felt I was saying goodbye to dear friends. I am a frequent visitor at this Cleveland Clinic - Crile Building. I have visited various…read morespecialists and undergo routine care here. This review is the collection of all my experiences. FACILITY: The building is very clean and spacious. You can find seating almost everywhere in the building as you wait. Concierges are available to assist you to your destination. CARE: I have visited various specialists in this building. Most healthcare providers at this location are thorough, friendly, and a joy to interact with. There are a few very gifted surgeons and excellent doctors here that I was deeply impressed with. I had the best experiences here with OBGYN and Pulmonology offices. Unfortunately not such good experiences with ENT's and allergists. APPOINTMENTS: Appointments and follow-ups with this location leave much to be desired. The process is not patient centric. Some appointments here require scheduler approval if seeing a specialist. More than once my scheduled appointments had to be cancelled last minute due to being scheduled with the wrong specialist. They were scheduled either by the main appointment line or the scheduler. The entire process is very difficult and stressful. Easier and more routine appointments are better scheduled through the main appointment line. PARKING: Parking and valet here are very messy. It's been such an evolving problem that I choose to take a ride share every single time. The valet is not efficient, there is a huge car bottleneck. The intake and return of vehicles is very unfriendly. The wait to valet before and after your visit is very long. Every single time I left a vehicle in their care there were subtle changes like seat modifications or other. I absolutely do not enjoy using the valet here. I recommend this location for care. However, please plan for extra time in order to park or valet, navigate the building, and surrounding construction. If it's your first time at the building, please know that there is great support with building navigation.

The Link, is an a-m-a-z-i-n-g place that satisfies my physical senses (smell, eyes, hearing, touch)! As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance and aroma! The Link is my kind of place, it's thoughtfully decorated with a beautiful, contemporary decor! I was invited to relax & receive my treatment (s) in an atmosphere of good music (softly playing in the background, thanks to Alexa ). The big pillowy massage chair absorbed & massaged my "whole body" (feet, legs, arms, back, & neck)! ...and when it came time for Dr. Wright to work his magic, with his hands & special tools (I should probably be a case study for students, my muscles were so tight, from years of neglect) that he had to pull out his "big-guns of chiropractic tools," otherwise we were going to be there all day!!! Lol But, Dr. Wright got me together! After all of this, I felt super relieved of my chronic back pain! I'm talking about: Standing up Straight; No Pain in my Back/Body, Instant Improvement in my Walking; No More Neck Strain! ....and just think all of this happened on Day 1!!! I can't even imagine what else I have to look forward to! If you are in constant pain, have paid multiple visits, to various Chiropractors, it's time to try Dr. Wright and his Team, at the Link! Trust me, you'll walk out feeling brand new! As far as I'm concerned, finding Dr. Wright/The Link, has changed my life!! A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Alberty, and thanks to him, my lower back issue has been resolved - I feel like a brand new person! He has such a keen ability to diagnose and treat; he is very thorough during his appointments; and, he provides quality service. For those looking for a great chiropractor, I highly recommend!

This was unlike any eval I've ever had, including the 2 doctors who sent me for PT and another PT place I went to before Balance Solutions (only went to 1 appt. = terrible). Laurie didn't just sit in a chair and ask boring questions, she was very hands on. I was up and down, moving/twisting/turning this way and that way, all the while she had her hands on my shoulders, hips, legs - measuring/assessing/evaluating. Laurie determined my treatment plan and put together my team of people who will be helping me through this journey. Laurie was fun (a requirement of mine), laughed at all my jokes (another requirement) but stayed on task and kept the process moving. She was very engaged and a good listener. After the eval, I had a massage from a very nice person but I don't remember her name (she went to Nordonia High School) Facility: VERY clean. Ample parking. Easy to get to.
