FACILITY: The building is very clean and spacious. You can find seating almost everywhere in the building as you wait. Concierges are available to assist you to your destination. CARE: I have visited various specialists in this building. Most healthcare providers at this location are thorough, friendly, and a joy to interact with. There are a few very gifted surgeons and excellent doctors here that I was deeply impressed with. I had the best experiences here with OBGYN and Pulmonology offices. Unfortunately not such good experiences with ENT's and allergists. APPOINTMENTS: Appointments and follow-ups with this location leave much to be desired. The process is not patient centric. Some appointments here require scheduler approval if seeing a specialist. More than once my scheduled appointments had to be cancelled last minute due to being scheduled with the wrong specialist. They were scheduled either by the main appointment line or the scheduler. The entire process is very difficult and stressful. Easier and more routine appointments are better scheduled through the main appointment line. PARKING: Parking and valet here are very messy. It's been such an evolving problem that I choose to take a ride share every single time. The valet is not efficient, there is a huge car bottleneck. The intake and return of vehicles is very unfriendly. The wait to valet before and after your visit is very long. Every single time I left a vehicle in their care there were subtle changes like seat modifications or other. I absolutely do not enjoy using the valet here. I recommend this location for care. However, please plan for extra time in order to park or valet, navigate the building, and surrounding construction.
