Their video conference software for the $350, one-hour psych intake appt failed, and we ended up doing that call by phone. Dr. Molina was in a huge rush to get off that call--even though it should have been an hour--that it was disconcerting for us. He hung up after half an hour, leaving a lot our questions unasked and unanswered. The followup appointment was supposed to be in person. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to learn that Dr. Molina had cancelled his in-person appts for the day, and no one had bothered to notify us. We had even scheduled it further out than desired so it could be in person, if I remember correctly. In the end, they sat us in a grubby office with an old laptop, and we did the appointment that way. On top of which, Dr. Molina's medication recommendations were neither useful nor evidence-based. Would not recommend. There are psychiatrists out there who are in it for the people and (not just) the money--find one of them.

She has most herbs you would need and even grows some to most in her own personal garden. Within a few short moments, I had discovered that she is quite knowledgeable about the herbs she carries which is exactly what one would expect from an Apothecary worth their salt. I've been a happy customer of A Creative ApothaCare since they were at their Massillon Road…read morelocation, and I followed them to their present, much larger shop/classroom/spa in Lakemore. In the past I've mainly purchased herbal teas and remedies (fantastic selection, all organic and fair-sourced, great prices), but also occassionally picked up books, candles, incense, hand-crafted jewelry, and the like. I hear good things about the many classes they offer but haven't yet had the chance to sit in on one. They also have frequent events like psychic fairs with multiple readers on site. Again, I've never availed myself of these, but have been around when a couple of them have been going on. The definite sense I got was that people were enjoying and appreciating them. I'm happy to say that I did avail myself today of some new (for me) A Creative ApothaCare services, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a package deal for time in first their infra-red sauna, followed by their salt cave. It was epic - and also therapeutic, insanely relaxing, and happily very affordable. I will certainly be back for more of the same. I understand also that ACA will soon have a sensory float tank up and running. I definitely want to check that out, and will post an update here when I do. A Creative ApothaCare - I just can't recommend this place enough. Between the herbal products (which also include CBD and kratom), and the spa services, they've got your health and wellness covered. With books and metaphysical supplies, they're addressing mind and spirit. Throw in a real sense of community, welcoming to everyone, and a safe and nurturing environment for folks who need that most, ACA is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

With aging skin and no real routine anymore, I realized I could waste a lot of money guessing at the right colors and products on my own. That's when I decided to book a makeup lesson -- and I am so grateful I did. I scheduled a session with Maggie K. at the Bainbridge/Aurora Ohio Ulta, and truly, it was the best $30 I've spent on makeup in years. Maggie was knowledgeable, kind, and completely focused on choosing products that worked for my skin, my coloring, and my goals. I came home and ended up editing about 95% of my old makeup. I'm starting the summer fresh with Ulta's products, and I'm thrilled with everything -- the foundation, concealer, blushes, lip gloss, mascara, brushes, and more. I even went back for a second lesson on eyeshadow and brow mascara, and once again, Maggie delivered fantastic results. I'm so pleased that I'm taking my 87 year old aunt to Ulta next so the team can rejuvenate her as well. This experience has been uplifting, confidence boosting, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Ulta as well as Maggie K. at the Bainbridge Twp / Aurora, Ohio store!
