She had a tough start, but the teachers were patient and kind and helped her adjust. It wasn't very long before she would light up when she saw them. It was my first experience with daycare as well and everyone was very supportive, answering any questions I had, making recommendations for my daughter based on what they had seen and their experience; it really helped to calm my anxiety. I have always felt that she is safe and well cared for there. She has grown immensely in her time there and I truly believe it is because of the effort of the teachers. We get weekly lesson plans and daily updates of what they're doing and how it contributes to her growth. We had our first parent teacher conference and the teacher showed up prepared with observations and opportunities for my daughter. You can tell they care about the kids and their growth. I really feel as though the teachers are a part of my team and I don't think my daughter would have grown as much as she has without them. I would recommend Tutor Time to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, welcoming environment for their child.

She is graduating Pre-K and moving to Junior K. The Junior K is a transition to prepare for Kindergarten. We came from an in home daycare. Let me tell you that our daughter learned so much from the wonderful teachers. Everyday she shares something new she has learned. It feels like a true family. It is so easy every day dropping her off at school. I genuinely trust every single teacher and director. They communicate throughout the day and I love that I know she is learning, happy and safe. Ashley goes over and beyond with the Pre-K kids. She truly has a heart of gold. She cares for the children and you can see that teaching is her passion. Lee and Mady are so helpful and are always there to answer questions. Jess really holds the fort down! She is so great with the children and communicating with parents. We can't say enough good things about Tutor Time and the teachers!

I completed a tour and was impressed with cleanliness of the facility. I was told at the time that there was only one slot available and to secure it I was to pay the $75 application fee. I went home right away and paid. This was back in December of 2021.I received an email stating my kiddo was approved. I was so excited for her to start. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. My apologies for the lengthy review but I just had make it known that I would never recommend a company who takes care of children and feels it is professional to take someone's money then them more money for services not rendered.

As he has gotten older, the staff has nurtured and fostered his curiosity and learning...everything from music to gross motor to early reading and math! As a elementary school principal, I have pretty high standards about learning and about leadership. I REALLY like Brandi and Joy as a leadership team...again, open, honest, welcoming, wanting feedback,etc. I knew it was the right place when I had my tour 6 years ago. This is a long overdue review; however, it gave me time to put my emotions aside and formulate a…read morefactual, to-the-point review of my very negative experience with Primrose Schools of Solon. Upon first visiting Primrose, I was incredibly impressed with the new, clean environment. Everything was up to date, security was on point, and things appeared very sanitary. The director at the time was very kind and knowledgeable, and she did a great job selling me on all of the reasons why Primrose would be a great fit for my daughter. I felt good about the decision, and a few days later gave my deposit for her to start when there was an opening - which they promised would be no later than end of September. End of September came and went, and no word from Primrose. We came to find out that the director I had spoken with had left, and we were completely forgotten about. Red flag #1. Once I finally got through to them and had my daughter start, it was one issue after another. I specifically asked them not to give my daughter milk. She was given milk on three separate occasions. Each time, I reminded them - both verbally and via handwritten notes. Since she does not drink milk, she was dying of thirst when I picked her up and would suck down her water on the way home. Red flag #2. I was told (and it was documented in paperwork) that a backup lunch is offered if the child does not like what is provided. It was communicated in my daughter's notes three times that she had not eaten any of her lunches. Thankfully, I picked her up before nap, so it was not an issue and she was able to eat when she got home. Red flag #3. In the short time (three months) that my daughter attended, there were not one, not two, but THREE different directors. I understand there is turnover in the childcare industry, but WOW. Something is obviously very wrong! Red flag #4. And finally, the last, and most notable occurrence. I wrote up an email outlining all of these issues and sent it to the franchise owner, Jana Massary. She took her time getting back to me and let me know that she had "several meetings" and would be back in touch with me later that day. From the moment she called me, I knew it was going to be a bad interaction. She was incredibly rude, demeaning, and, quite frankly, the exact opposite of the type of person you would want caring for your children. She issued zero apologies for anything we had gone through, and proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of the conversation. I would say that she's someone that clearly can't take negative feedback, but what I provided her were straight facts and experiences that we had while my daughter was in their care. It is clear that I would advise anyone and everyone from choosing somewhere other than Primrose. There is nothing "warm" about the school, and it is clear that it stems directly from the leadership. It is no wonder that teachers are electing to leave at such a rapid pace, and from what I've heard, families as well.

My daughter has been attending Kids Academy since 2017 and my son since 2020, and it feels like a…read moresecond home for them. Many of the teachers who were there when my now five-year-old started as a baby are still there now taking care of my three-year-old. They did a great job keeping everyone safe during the pandemic and managed to close for only two and a half months. It has all the convenience of a corporate daycare center, but has a tight-knit family vibe, which is nice. Probably the biggest con is that they don't provide lunch, so we have to pack their lunches every day. They do provide breakfast and an afternoon snack, though. You can tell the teachers genuinely love and care for the kids. My daughter had some behavioral issues when she was three, and they were so patient with her and worked with her and us to get her through it, which I really appreciate. My daughter will be going there a few days a week this summer, and they have fun field trips planned three days a week for the school-aged kids. Next year will be my son's last year there full-time, and I'm genuinely bummed about it!

Miss Kathy and Miss Shannon are amazing and always in a good mood. The other teachers I see in there occasionally are just as sweet and everyone is always getting along.
