They cheer you on, correct your form, and the energy and vibe is amazing since that energy and positivity transfers to us in class (all cheering each other on). With Covid precautions, there is no rotation stations. Youre assigned a station and watch your corresponding monitor to tell you what exercise you're doing... they've already set your station up with everything you'll need for that day's workout. M/W/F are more cardio based days (think jump squats, burpees, box jumps) and T/Th/Sun are more resistance / weight days. Saturday is a 60 min combo. Coaches (and everyone attending) are very thoughtful about their masks, it feels safe inside considering how far away you are from others.

After I signed up online for a new membership, the front desk employee went out of her way to pull up my old account, question me about it, and demand that I pay $240. Her tone felt rude and confrontational, and it honestly came across like a power trip rather than someone trying to help a customer. I asked to cancel the new membership because of how I was treated. This location lost a customer because of her attitude and lack of professionalism.

What I LOVE about their format is you exercise in short bursts followed by short rests and you just repeat the sets over and over, while moving to different stations and exercises. I felt I really got the most of each exercise instead of them pushing you until you pass out and can't do anymore like other bootcamps. For those of you that get BORED with working out, you've GOT TO try this out. With the music and group setting, the hour is over before you know it and you got an awesome workout. At first I wasn't too happy about just being randomly put with a different club, I was more upset that my local gym which was only a few minutes down the road from me was closing, but I decided to check them out before I just called and complained and I'm really glad I did. I've never seen a gym like this in my life. Firstly, I visited their website, thought it was awesome, browsed around, saw the pictures of the place and thought that I would visit in person. The place has more space than Fitness19 did, more staff, newer equipment and more amenities. One of my favorite things about this place is that it's new, has an awesome setup, a separate room where I can do rock climbing or hit the punching bag. I even played volleyball with a few friends up there over the weekend. They have an outside track and workout area too which I can't wait to use in the summer. They have huge bathrooms and changing rooms, two separate sides actually - really impressive so you're not changing and standing over top of people when you're trying to get dressed and undressed. The gym is almost a 12 minute drive further from my home then Fitness19 was, but it's well worth the drive. Everyone is really friendly, it's kind of refreshing to have normal conversations with people. Oh speaking of which, I almost forgot about one of my favorite features. They have an online platform called the ONYXSociety. It's basically a social networking platform that allows you to take your workout online and communicate with staff and other members. Awesome! Really a great club, owner is awesome, staff is down to earth, like I said, this place is one of the best clubs in Cleveland and in Parma for sure. Owner even said they are expanding again and adding more features and more rooms, so I'm excited to be a member here (to say the least). Then they closed the indefinitely. They changed management, the pool reopen. Pool closed again for repairs. I called and spoke with Allan the GM, he said we could freeze your account, till the pool has been repaired. That was in November. Dec payment was deducted in error. (Before All the Craziness) I had referred a couple of people, was told I would get 1free month for each referral. I have called & went to the gym and was told no one could help me. Ellis gave me the billing department. That's a joke!!! on hold for a hour and no answered. Emailed my complain, emailed was returned. Texted no one responded. WTH Very Very Disappointed!
