Jack and Chad were incredibly patient and helpful as we considered our options and settled on the flooring we ultimately selected. Jack even came and remeasured our floors after we decided to install a mix of straight planks and herringbone. We considered a few vendors but VM Flooring had the best selection, a fair price, and we felt very comfortable with their service. The finished floors are absolutely beautiful. The installers did amazing work, were very courteous, and went the extra mile to make everything perfect. We are really happy with the results and would definitely recommend VM Flooring to anyone considering new floors for their home.

We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond. Installers made poor choices when placing visually defective planks in high traffic areas. very poor transitions between wood and tiled areas and all kinds of debris was sealed into the finish. Our walls were in need of extensive paint touchups when all was done. They offered to redo some sections of the floor that we were unhappy with but they could not guarantee a color or texture match, which did not instill much confidence. The only positive is that we are very pleased with the stain color which took some trial and error and we appreciated the technician's patience. But otherwise the installation was a very disappointing experience all around. Update: After reading this review management refused to correct gaping spaces at doorway transitions. Again, cannot recommend.

Originally, I tried to match the existing Pergo Element Ultra flooring in another room, but it had been discontinued. Fortunately, I found a close match with COREtec Originals Enhanced. This project was more challenging than the last, as it involved several rooms with non-rectangular walls and complex layouts. Once again, Calvin did a fantastic job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. I highly recommend him if you need professional flooring installation.

Also, the measurement and cut of each tile were smooth and flawless. Another highly valued approach is that, before he mixed any cement, he carefully placed every tile and marked the position of each one to ensure that each tile was placed perfectly so as to ensure total balance and symmetry. They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes.
