So rewind about 3 years ago this was my go to spot to get a screen fixed. The owner (Dutch Village location) was very professional and efficient. Great customer service. My sons phone now has an issue with the SIM card, so remembering the great experience I had there when I needed repairs on my device I figured we would get him to look at it.. He said no problem, I can fix it come back in 2 days. Ok sure no problem (this was the last week of September of this year) We came back and he said he didn't get to it yet. .. So we waited another couple days and came back again. He said it wasn't ready yet still, and to give him another couple days.. At this point it's getting kind of weird. And frustrating. All the while we tried calling to get an update and there is never an answer. So we came back again yet again. 4 times at this point. And he yet again made another excuse as to why it wasn't fixed yet. Going in there is sketchy now too I might point out. There are people passed out in the lobby, grungy drug addicts coming in and out to ask if he "wants any candy" , and for some reason they all want to use the bathroom. It's super weird. They also smoke weed in the back area and drink lol. We have heard them talking about it on every occasion we came back to pick my kids phone up. One guy even popped his head out from the cloud of smoke in the back to ASK the owner if he wants anything at the liquor store cuz they are making another run like wtf.. it was like something out of a movie. So unreal. Anyway, so after the fifth trip in he said "yeah I can't fix it, I put this new screen on it tho, but if you don't wanna pay for the screen (WHICH WASN'T EVEN THE PROBLEM) then you will have to give me ANOTHER FEW DAYS to put the old one back on and I won't charge you anything for attempting to repair it" ... I was like ... are you kidding?! You couldn't have called the number we gave to to call to let us know what the deal was? We came in 5 times! And thennnn so we go back in four days to get my sons phone in the same condition we left it with him in, and it was in pieces in a Tupperware container!! (half way through October!!!) he said he couldn't reach my sons old screen in the cabinet to get to it.. Like how does that even make sense?!? Like get clean buddy, you were good people at one point. This is pathetic. You still have my sons screen and we have a container full of phone pieces. Thanks a fucçking lot jerk. NO ONE EVER GO TO THIS CLOWN!!! I'm going to the better business bureau. Goof ball fucking junkie.

    The battery shit the bed last year and I went to 4 different mobile phone stores requesting the…read morebattery replaced. All of them could not get the screen off. Some suggested there was sand, excess humidity and even perhaps it was glued on by mistake in the manufacturing process. Anyway, I went to iFIXuSAVE to buy a used Pixel 3 (which was ridiculously cheap, but honestly, I was perfectly happy with my Nexus 6p except for the battery, I had been using it as a landline) with a functioning battery, assuming my Nexus 6p would become a fancy alarm clock. The gentleman there was not only able to remove the screen and replace the battery, he did it in a few minutes while the other "professionals", took 1-3 hours to tell me they might crack the display. In short, he saved me from buying a 400 dollar phone when I was happy with my Nexus 6p but unhappy with the 10 second battery life. He didn't try to up-sell me on his phone whatsoever. He simply replaced the battery and now my old phone works like new. If I ever need phone service again, this is the only place I will go. This company saved me from spending 400 dollars when 80$ everything in did what I needed. Outstanding.

Device Zone had almost 5 stars and great reviews, so this is where we decided to go. My husband brought his phone there and had the screen fixed quick and easy. A few days later the screen went black and wouldn't work. He brought it back the next day, the owner of Device Zone took my husbands phone to the back and closed the door behind him. He came out and tried to accuse my husband of cutting the band inside the phone(why in the world would anyone cut the band in their phone) after some back and forth about there being no reason he would do that, the owner took the phone back again and closed it up, or so we thought. When we took it somewhere else they showed my husband that at Device Zone they not only cut the band but also ripped another before closing it, and he took the good battery out of the phone and replaced it with a garbage factory one. He said this is something someone would do to keep you coming back. He completely tampered with my husbands phone and hung up on me when he realized it was me calling him. On top of all this, while my husband was in Device Zone speaking to this man about the band being cut, a woman came in to pick up her phone and he tried to insanely over charge her, not giving back her phone until she paid the ridiculous price. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! We have never even heard of this craziness let along experienced it.

    i dropped my device off on August 21 at the Clayton park location. I was told I'd be called with an…read moreupdate in 3 days. Around Sep 1 I sent an email asking for an Update as it had been almost two weeks and I hadn't heard anything - email was ignored. Sep 4 I tried calling the Clayton park location several times and kept getting picked up by the sackville location, the gentleman was very helpful and put through 2 requests for Clayton park to call me - I was not called. I also sent an email that morning that was ignored. Sep 5 I called and got through to the Clayton park location. I was told he was working on my laptop and that he had seen the requests to call me yesterday and had tried calling me back (did not leave a message) I was told he would call me by the end of the day with an update. I was not called. Sep 6? I called and the employee told me my charging port was fixed but the laptop won't turn on and there may be an issue with the motherboard, and that it would have to be sent to someone and I would need to pay extra. I explained that there shouldn't be anything wrong with the motherboard, I had disconnected several parts of the computer and didn't put them together properly so the issue should just be connecting everything properly. He said he would take another look at it and call me at the end of day. He said he couldn't figure it out but someone else would look at it Monday, and that I would get a call. Sep 10 it's now Wednesday and I have not heard anything, I tried calling and a request was put through by the sackville location to call me. When I didn't hear anything I got through to the sackville location again who said he put another request through. I did not get a call until the next day. I feel as though my laptop was not touched for the first two weeks until I called, and then I have been given the runaround and have had zero communication from geebo through all of this. I picked up my laptop and brought it elsewhere, and it was confirmed that my motherboard was fried. it was working fine until i disconnected it and brought it to geebo. I will not be back nor would I ever recommend geebo.
