Decided to grab a bite here while listening to Tylor and the Train Robbers at the awesome new Indian Creek Plaza in Caldwell. I ordered a sausage sandwich, wonderfully savory with homemade sausage that had a bacon-like flavor (sausage AND bacon? Whoa!) and chimichurri sauce, for only $4.99. A bottle of ice cold water was another buck. It's probably the best deal and one of the best meals from a food truck in the Treasure Valley. This taco truck came to our subdivision. The food was good but we had a VERY Limited menu and in a subdivision of over 100 homes the truck ran out of food ! Hopefully next time we can have a choice of more than four items ! I will try them once more . Really wanted a sandwich or another items when I looked at their online menu . Disappointed that all I could get was street tacos !Good but a lot of taco trucks make that ! read more

Good stuff! I highly recommend these folks, I have had everything on the menu which includes steak, sausage and chicken sandwiches along with a few empanadas and everything has been delicious. This place was so good! Humble and endearing Argentine couple running this truck. The picture is of the banana/nutella empanada. That's the only thing we managed to get a picture of cause we scarfed all the other empanadas and the choripan (sausage sandwich) so quickly. We live in Chile and travel to Argentina a couple of times a year. I can attest to the authenticity of this place. Delicious! Oh, and they make their own sausage, over the top! read more
