We have worked with many tile companies, and I have to say the experience with Triton Stone has been one of the best. This project was a full-house renovation with tile needs for 3 bathrooms, flooring, backsplash and countertops. Triton, Tammy specifically, stood out because of her ability to listen and understand the requirements before making suggestions. For example, we had a requirement that the pattern on the backsplash match the pattern in the master shower. Tammy came up with a Tiles by Ezra suggestion that was perfect for our design, and it was a product that we were not familiar with. She understood all of our needs including budget constraints (appreciating a splurge/save approach), design goals, repetition requirements and overall cohesiveness. We are extremely happy with the choices and are looking forward to the implementation. Tammy was also able to assist with the Quartzite selection making the process even easier. And always buying air filters. You never have to search around trying to find someone to help you out. There is always a ton of workers willing and ready to help you find whatever you may need. And they're always friendly. And humorous. Most days when you drive down Dorchester you can't miss the mannequin out front dressed up and holding a sign. I enjoy using this local ACE shop over Lowe's and Home Depot bc it's smaller and always has what I'm looking for.

It's mostly been light fixtures so the selection is great at the big stores and I've even had to resort to online for some specialty stuff. But now that I know this place is right down the road, it will be my go to for general hardware store stuff. I was recently working on a toilet issue and had the fill valve kit but the flapper was the wrong size. I stopped in and was pointed in the right direction for what I needed. The store is clean and well organized. I was in and out with what I needed in a matter of minutes. Flapper worked perfectly and now my crapper is back in biz!
