And they nail all the basics: - reliable, fast internet - soundproof phone booths - plenty of space and available outlets - good free coffee (including cold brew in the summer) - nice kitchen area - convenient location near places to eat and a public parking garage - use of Brivo Pass app so you can unlock the door from your phone There are a few first-come-first-served monitors you can grab, a nice bonus for coworkers. The only downside I can think of is that most of the open coworking space is in rooms with no natural light. But that wouldn't keep me from coming back. If this was in my hometown of Oakland I would visit regularly.

The owners are friendly and inviting. Space is filling up so quickly they opened up another location. Like me you maybe have been stalking this possibility but hesitant to pull the trigger. Trust me, it is much better than Starbucks or your empty bedroom. Best parts about this co-working space: 1. I'm a coffee snob, and the coffee is AWESOME 2. You can either pick a "watercooler" type atmosphere, or a "put in your headphones and tune out the world". Both are great! 3. You will get work done! I get more done in 2 hours than at home all day. 4. The aesthetics are awesome. Lots of plant life and you can decorate your desk as I suggest renting a dedicated desk (or get on the waiting list for one). 5. It is in downtown Medford, so feels like things are happening here! 1 block away you can part for $8 a whole week (RCC parking lot).

Outstanding customer service. Consist in their level of response. Strange Times, but Ashland Home dot Net is keeping up with the demand and continues to impress. Customer Service 5-stars. Service itself is a SOLID 3. After 4pm we always seem have slower internet speeds.... They do a good job *considering the high demand* Support local businesses and you'll be rewarded with EXCELLENT customer service and people who consistently try to do better. I've tried all 3: consistently better results than Charter and/or Spectrum Internet (in my limited experience over 6 years). NOTE: They don't issue surprise rate increases every year. 1 set price *very consistent* Technician who showed up wore a mask once he got onto the property, kept a safe/respectful distance at all times. She was assured that everyone carries booties, so it would be no problem to honor the request. When the service guy showed up, he didn't have booties. He agreed to take his boots off to take the initial look, but said he would need to wear his boots to continue the work. My partner requested he wear booties, and he pushed back, questioning the logic of the request. My partner was polite when she reiterated her request that booties be worn over his boots. He went back to his van to call his office, and the, he opted not to continue with the appointment and suggested she go to someone else to do the work because he could not be bothered to honor the request to wear booties over his work boots. Bottom line: When setting up the appointment, my partner requested whoever did the work wear booties over their shoes. This is not an outrageous request. To then be told go get someone else to do the work for something that was arranged WHEN the appointment was made? Seems like a bad business model, and quite disrespectful to the customer.

We were vacating a home that we rented. We had Miracle Workers come in and clean the kitchen, 2…read morefull baths, and all the windows inside and out through our 1700 sq. foot home rental (3 bed, 2 bath). The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate. She was a bit on the grouchy side, and was not too good with listening to me (I told her 3 times that I only wanted the kitchen and baths done but she kept walking through my house telling me all they were going to do... finally she asked why she was looking at the whole house and I just answered "I have no idea:). So the owner is a little strange but you have to get past that. Miracle Workers did a really great job!!! The oven in the rental did not have a self-cleaning option, so the two women who came to clean the house had to scrub it out by hand... we all know what an immense pain that is! I had toilet rings in the toilets, and some serious grime at the bottom of the shower (yes I had neglected some cleaning a couple weeks before the move!). I had personally cleaned the rest of the home and garage. Their only job was the kitchen, baths, and windows. When I walked into the rental home after they had done their work I was AMAZED!!! They did an incredible job! The home smelled of a pleasant cleaner. When the cleaners got done with the window's in each room they vacuumed it again!! I was not expecting that!!! It looked so much better than when I had moved in! The kitchen... it looked brand new. I could not believe what they did with the oven. This stove has one of those electrical tops that is not flat. So you have to get in and clean each of the burners and under the burners. It looked BRAND NEW!!! They really are miracle workers!! The floors looked great, they had cleaned in every single cabinet and drawer. Really great work!! Bathrooms... once again looks brand new! I don't know how they do it!! The toilets and shower and bath looked immaculate. They did a seriously amazing job. I would totally use this company again. As for responsiveness and timing, I had called this company 2 days before we needed this done (it was a last minute decision) and they fit us in. They were on time to our home, my husband who was letting them in was late. When he got to the home they were already working on washing the windows outside the home. My husband and I were seriously impressed with their work ethic. As for price I can't really say if it was good or not. We paid $250 for the work done. I think there were two women there for 5 or 6 hours!! I couldn't believe it!

We hired Miracle Workers for a deep clean of our home. Upon initially entering our home, it looked…read morelovely. We were happy with what was done. However, as night wore on, we noticed many things which were not addressed. The kitchen sink was not cleaned. Floors were not mopped; paint from my toddler painting the prior day was still on the floor. Shelves were not dusted. Top of the fridge was untouched with the exception of the finger line from the owner checking it upon her visit for assessment/pricing. In addition to things such as this not being addressed, three window blinds were either broken or damaged. My husband emailed the owner that night (Monday; today is Friday) and she has not felt the need to respond. We are unimpressed with this company. We will not recommend this agency to our friends nor use them again.
