He left a puddle of water under the sink in my NEW vanity, (meaning that there was a leak in the drain he installed) and never returned to finish the job, or called to explain himself. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.
