Our property is VERY rocky and knew it might create problems. After 2 days of drilling and multiple bits, the well collapsed when placing the sleeve at 4pm on Friday. We were hosting a big 4th of July bash, based around water fun. Roger delivered the bad news, that they would be back Monday to wrap up. Plumbers couldn't find where the leak was, nor could another outfit that used sound equipment to try to find it. American Leak detection came out a few days before they said they could. More than 1/2 of my plants did not come back and it took over 2 months with constant text's that someone was coming over to replace the plants and cap the pipe. As of today I still have some dead plants that was not replaced and my pipe is not capped. Have been told several times someone will be here. I will not recommend them and will not refer them to anyone - not a good way to run a business
