Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. Had I not been in a rush, I would have totally eaten there. I had the sausage pizza, and it was absolutely incredible! I love the melted fontina in there, and the crust had a really nice, chewy bite to it. The cook was perfect: the cheese was perfectly melted, the sausage had great flavor, and the pizza as a whole was really enjoyable. I'll say, if there was one complaint I had, it was that the pizza itself was a little greasy, so I think they were probably a little heavy-handed on the chili olive oil. Other than that, it was really good! This is one of those places that's just a really good product from a very talented food truck person. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a Sno cone. Looking back, I did try them almost 10 years ago at Enzo's table! I'm not usually one to crave shaved ice but Sno Cafe does things differently. The ice is very soft, so those with sensitive teeth could enjoy it. I went the safe route and got the vanilla orchid flavor. What I liked the most is that it does not taste artificial at all. High quality flavors and textures with beautiful presenation. We ordered 3 Al Pastor Tacos and 3 Carne Asada tacos. Wow! Meat was loaded in the tacos, the onions were really sweet, and there was cilantro galore! Be prepared for the heat! (I have a low spice tolerance) I only added the salsa verde on my tacos and I thought it was hot; however my fiancée liked the flavor of both the salsa verde and the salsa rojo. The parking lot is quite big and accommodating to a lot of people, and I have seen large crowds many a night when I drove by. This isn't the first time I've had tacos from this spot, but it's the first time I reviewed. For those wondering, the taco truck has upgraded and looks much nicer/cleaner, sporting a red-orange look with an updated menu and texts on the truck.
