I brought in a pair of work pants that had ripped in my back right pocket. I brought it in to have them fixed. They said come back in a week. I came back and they said it was still not done. Come back tomorrow. So I do. I go home, look and it's literally the worst sewing job I've ever seen. Pretty sure I could have done better. Not to mention it still has a hole. See the picture below.

The manager indicated that they had no record of me dropping them off, no evidence on security cameras and that I must have FORGOTTEN where I took them. I had nicely told her it was custom made and irreplaceable and then she went on and on about how accidents happen in a very cocky, rude way, so much to the point where I felt I should just use one of the other places in town to have what I needed embroidered. I should have followed my gut instinct. She said she would have the embroidery "drawn out" in a couple days so I could look at it before she sewed it on. Well, a couple days passed and I didn't hear anything so I called and left a message. She never called me back, so I called a couple days later and left another message, still no call back. At this point, it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from her. I finally got a hold of her and asked when I could come pick it up and she was very rude and said I could come then and hung up! Then, I get to her house and she pretty much throws what I had dropped off at me and didn't even apologize....talk about bad customer service!!!! So rude!!! I took it right then to Custom Creations and they were nice and it is going to be ready in less than a week. Wish I had taken it there to begin with, live and learn I guess.
