Only go here if you need your items dry cleaned. They do a really good job. However, if you need…read moreanything sewed STAY AWAY! I brought in a pair of work pants that had ripped in my back right pocket. I brought it in to have them fixed. They said come back in a week. I came back and they said it was still not done. Come back tomorrow. So I do. I go home, look and it's literally the worst sewing job I've ever seen. Pretty sure I could have done better. Not to mention it still has a hole. See the picture below.

Recently I dropped off several items that then were lost by the cleaners. The woman in the back who does the dry cleaning described my clothing and clearly remembered them. The manager indicated that they had no record of me dropping them off, no evidence on security cameras and that I must have FORGOTTEN where I took them. Needless to say I'm just out a pair of trouser jeans, dress shorts and two nice shirts. How convenient!

In a nutshell my experience was horrible never ever have I patronized a establishment where there was no price listing . $66.13 for 4 pair of never worn slacks and 4 days to complete. Absolutely price gouging of the community as well as highway robbery never in all my travels throughout this country have I paid this much for alterations this price is double Los Angeles or San Francisco prices . In efforts to lower my blood pressure I won't even begin to critique the quality of this job a high school home economics student could have done better! No shade but face it one would expect near perfection at these prices ! Never again . Please know that the only reason they did get 1star is because of the very friendly/professional customer service counter person upon my exit " loved her ".

My first time here and the coin machine ate my 10 bill. I had to wait for the owner to go get his…read morenew boots before he came in to check the machine. Then it was hard to put the quarters in the washers. The owner kept asking me if I put in a 20. No I kept telling the truth it was a 10. He gave me my 10 in quarters and informed me the machine was working right. I don't lie. They have cameras he could of looked. Now someone else will have trouble with the coin machine. This was my first and last time at this laundry!

Parking is very accessible you won't need to worry about parking close to a door due to the abundance of spots near a door. Cons: Staff wasn't helpful and seemed very annoyed with my questions. Cost, $1.00 - $0.75 more than typical. Dryer function was lousy. Worst so far. When encountering heating problems, I was told that I just have to use another one and told me they cannot return coins even though I showed the time remaining and the lack of heat. Additional and something to take note of is that the games and coin rides for entertainment are not owned by the owner and when I lost money to a faulty game I was told they cannot give a refund that they can only place an out of order sign on it. So, I asked to speak to the manager, the employee told me he or she cannot be contacted. So, I asked to speak to the game owner. The employee again told me not possible and referred back to the manager who "is not here" and cannot be contacted. Finally, bathrooms have no sinks. A single sink could be found at one side of the place and no soap to be found. Cold water only. I like to wash my hands when I use the bathroom or utilize machines/table tops which has made contact with dirty clothes
