Variety of stores to choose from, plaza parking, food restaurants and shoppes, prices are somewhat reasonable.

As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Although this place is clean and offers lots of great stores, the parking system made everything very annoying. The fee system is complicated, and even after shopping, I ended up paying way too much. A place like this one, which claims to offer an exclusive shopping experience, requires a major renovation of its customer service department and parking system. There are many alternatives available in Los Angeles, where people do not leave irritated by the fees related to parking.

This place has a lot of potential to be great. It depends on the type of clientele you attract. Since you are in the downtown area, you attract people from San Pedro, Los Angeles and Orange County. Since it is catered mostly to the tourist that is visiting the aquarium of the pacific Weekdays are solid, you will find parking with no problem. Overall, I come here once in awhile pending on the event. Great place to watch a move or chill by the coast. Many restaurants nearby is a plus!

Not sure what the purpose of the outlet name is for as I think the only outlet was Gap. I could be wrong with the other stores. With any retail area, things come and go so having a storefront survive is amazing. It's a nice outdoor shopping experience with dining options to add to it. There's a few sit down dining places but nothing overly fancy. You have more of the bigger chain restaurants right across the street along the water and Shoreline Village. There's a movie theatre, a comedy center and a couple of decent amount of shops. Nothing over the top but your local shops like HM, Nike, Guess, Gap Outlet and a few others. It is a nice place to walk around and just see Long Beach. You're literally close to the convention center which is right across the street. Aquarium and the park is also across the street which a bridge is also use to cross over. The Marina Park, Shoreline Village are all a couple minutes walk from the pike. It's a cute little outdoor shopping area but nothing major. There's plenty of parking in the structure with some street parking along the strip.

It was one of the nice malls growing up that was nearby. Now, it's somewhat similar from what I remembered. Give or take some of the major departments stores are gone and replaced by a major chain store. You still have all the little mom and pop shops. Then the classic retailers. Loads of stores that I loved growing up have vanished. Either out of business or relocated. Department stores like Macys and JC Pennys are still there but nothing major. I don't even know what the food court is like as we didn't even venture that far. I had to return something and they had a store here. A smaller store but still. Plenty of parking as the space is massive. Mall is decent size but nothing crazy big. It's the neighborhood mall that I feel like it'll be there for many more years to come.

I had this conversation with my boyfriend and only the real ones will know but this aged and dated…read moremall is if the Puente Hills mall was forced onto life support by the sheer will of the community around it. I went here during a Friday evening parking lot pop up event and I have been here in the past prior to COVID and got the same eugh vibes. I'm not sure how a mall that has a Target, Book Off, and Round 1 was able to incite these negative ASMR feelings. At the very least there's still a food court and a good number of shops, but it does look old. Parking lot was absolutely fisted, probably due to the event and potentially because there might not be that much to do in that area or in terms of shopping opportunities. AC was not that great throughout the mall. Like for a couple shops we could feel it blast through, other ones felt like you were in the sauna. The main mall area connecting all of the shops just felt like a murky, muggy hotter than room temperature feeling. I wanted to get out ASAP. Also knowing Yelp's ToS, this review would get removed if I was 100% frank with the clientele that frequent this mall, but it says a lot if a subpar mall was able to be forced into existence from the community. Had a dude tell us to "get TF out of the way" and call us blind (thinking we cannot speak English AND being extremely ableist). You could have simply used your manners and said "excuse me", but that's beyond some. Some of the grossest restrooms I've been to too. I'm not sure how a dead mall like the Puente Hills one is better than this one.

The value of anything sold here really depends on where you choose to shop. There are stores that can be costly and some more affordable. They have an Apple and Samsung store located inside as well. I really enjoy how lively the place is and I had a great time walking around and exploring. My only complaint was that it was extremely hot outside with the summer weather, and there are areas in the mall that are breezy, and then some areas that are extremely hot. But other than that, I like the amount of stores here. Lots of different stores to appeal to different sorts of people. There's plans for future stores to open up. I saw a Michael Kors planning to open up here and also Molly tea! Which is going to bring in a lot of people because of the franchise. This is also connected to a movie theatre which is very exciting!!! Another entertainment venue they have is Sandbox VR. Definitely a good place for families and for friends to hang out. I also see furry friends here on leashes walking around too. I liked looking at Uniqlo, Box Lunch, and Pop Mart at my most recent visit.
