This review is only based on the appliance section and customer service for Lowe's hardware. I…read morerecently purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher on a Black Friday sale. They had a great price for these items that I explained about. The store was clean organized. The sales associate in the appliance center was named Scott he helped us with the purchase of the items that we bought. He asked us if we wanted to get an extended warranty and I told him no thank you but he wanted to know why not. I explained to him I did not want one. When purchasing our dishwasher we had the option of getting a pocket door one or a choice of handles we told him we would like the pocket door one. Our delivery came fairly fast only in 2 days it took to come when receiving the items the refrigerator was just fine but the dishwasher was not the correct style it had a handle on it that we did not ask for. The driver was nice and called customer service to see what could be done they redirected us to the actual store where we bought it from and we got the sales associate Scott that sold us the items he claims that we never told him what style we wanted but that was not true we had other people with us that day that could confirm what we said again he was very concerned for us to purchase an extended warranty and probably did not focus on what the customer was actually purchasing. We did take the item instead of refusing it and was told to contact the manager the next day since our delivery came on a Sunday. The next day we called the store manager and he said he was going to rectify the situation by taking 10% off the dishwasher ok that would work I guess so we settled for it we waited a week but there was no 10% refund to our credit card we contacted customer service and waited for over an hour to speak to a representative they gave us a case number and said that the store manager would call us the next day which did not happen another week went by and we decided to go down to the store. We spoke to one of the appliance supervisors Travis and he rectified the situation instantly. He was the only one that seemed to care about the customer not the sale we have been shopping at Lowe's for years and it used to be our hardware store of choice . It seems to be that the customer care has declined rapidly and that is a shame.

As what I witnessed, the store mis-priced some bird seed (?) and would not honor the price (customer service rule #1) - then ... argued and threatened to call the police on this woman who just was asking them to honor the price marked! The "manager" came out and was incredibly unprofessional and rude to this lady. My advice is to send their staff to customer service training and do the right thing in the future.

My Bride and I came here a couple weeks ago to look at Grills and a Big Green Egg. The young man was knowledgeable but he really encouraged us to come back and speak to Donnie. Donnie is the Big Green Egg man and this guy knows his stuff. He took quite a bit of time explaining how the Egg worked and ensured I was comfortable. In short I bought the Large Egg and a new Webber Grill for those quick burgers when I don't have a lot of time. Customer service is outstanding!! Will be back!!

Mostly convience tools, or new types I want to try before buying a higher quality. HF tool boxes are great. They are the best deal in the place. You will find some of their boxes in nearly every working garage in America. Especially, the black 4 drawer tool carts. Even Jay Leno has some in his LA Shop. They sell a 5 drawer too, but the 4 drawer is the real deal. I use is as a service cart when working on vehicles. Nothing better at any price.

The people told me the universal one would work. Later found out it didn't since it was to big, back to returning it, I asked where can I get one? They said online. No one seemed to wanna helped or get involved in showing me how to order, after going on the app and only I couldn't find it. I called and still the lady didn't wanna help. So I go in and asked again, can u pls possibly show me how to get it or help me order it? She clearly didn't wanna help me so it's ok so I left. After a while I still had issues locating it, so I called again. First Lady didn't wanna bother, transford me to another lady in the back. She was so bad, she was condescending and being such a smart A, telling me pull up the website so I did. And what pulled up was somehow different from what she was seeing. She's talking down on me telling sir idk what you're but this is what I'm seeing, insensitive to what I'm viewing she just didn't care to see my point of view. I'm doing everything you're telling me mama but I'm not getting what you're getting, after a while of going no where I just hung up and decided to go elsewhere. Idk if I'll go back there.
